This store needs more staff and better pay! Always super slow and always lines out the door. Seriously it?s in one of the... busiest intersections in the west highlands Chipotle, get your act together and pay employees more, as they won?t want to workunless you pay them. This is by far one of the worst chipotle locations. The staff is pretty horrible for both dine in and delivery. It?s almost... painful to watch how hard it is for them to make tacos. I?ve been going here for years and over the last year, it has gone downhill and fast. The prep stations were dirty last time I was there. My last delivery was cold, mushy and a huge lack of protein.One of the tacos had 1 small piece of chicken in it. Contacting customer service is a waste of time-they don?t care. Read more
As many others have mentioned, the astonishingly poor quality of this location compels me to leave a review (which I normally... would not do). I paid for two salads and they forgot the dressing (judging by these reviews, seems you're lucky if you get saladdressing), and paid extra for guac ($3.30 for each salad) and got approximately a teaspoon of mashed up avocado with no otherguacamole ingredients. Ate here a couple weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. I ordered ahead and the entire experience was great. The wait time for... my order was minimal, the employees were warm welcoming and helpful. I asked for my order and was directed to the area where itwas placed. After a few seconds of checking one of the black females came to make sure I was able to locate it. The food wasterrific. The shell wasn't soggy and the chicken wasn't overcooked. Every ingredient in the burrito was at or above par as faras texture and quality. I was more than satisfied. I highly recommend the location for a great experience when dining out. Read more
My experience was amazing! When I looked at other reviews, I was a bit nervous on how the service would be, but I wanted... Chipotle so bad so I gave it a chance. I even walked 50 minutes to get their food, but I also wanted the exercise so it wasn?tbad. When I made it to the location, my order was on the mobile order shelf on time (I ordered ahead), and everything was inthere! However, I was wanting a drink but the website said their drink machine was down. An employee saw me kind of standingaround confused, so she came up to me and asked ?Is everything okay? Can I do anything for you?? And I told her about the drinkthing, and she said the fountain drink machine was broken, but she offered me one of the juices they have for free!! She was sokind to me, and that was exactly what I needed after my first week of college and that long walk I did! I wish I caught hername. Update Friday November 18 empty burrito no supplies. The usual here. Still no improvement still no response. Refer burrito... picture below!!!! Just wow. Again no ingredients. Now it has been 1 year!
