The worse customer service ever!. I came tonight around 8:04, They look at us with long faces, they don?t say welcome, nothing.... Order my stuff for ?to go? and they throw the icecream in top of the glass with attitude and withiout lids ?for to go?. Whenthey give me the lids, they smash the icecream with it and never gave me the the correct one. I ask for the correct cup for thelid and they gave me the cup but 1 by one (asking three times when they know that tge lids where wrong). This is the second timethat we have bad experience going on a Sunday night. The two time has been with the same person. A black dude with ear buds thatnever lisens and the other kid that makes the same mistakes on purpuse. They had all the chairs up like ?closing time? and thecoldstone signed turned of when they close at ?9PM?. At the end, we were heading out to the door and one of the dudes screams?wait? all loud as a joke that does no make any fun. I would not return to this place anymore. Read more

Customer service wasnt pleasant. The ice cream did not disappoint though. When we had walked in, we were not greeted or seemed... the be acknowledged. It seemed as though we were a burden. When ordering, one out of the two employees there snaped at myboyfriend who had only been to a cold stone one time about 1-2 years ago. He had ordered a waffle cone and she didn't explainthat all the sizes can fit into a waffle cone. So he assumed she didn't hear him say "waffle cone" since she had an ear bud in.He said "no waffle cone" and she replied "yeah so, all of these sizes fit into a cone???????". I arrived to pick up a online order for a ready to pick up now cake. Much to my surprise Not only was the cake not ready/... available but the cashier seemed incredibly confused and unable to articulate the mix-up. I showed her my receipt as shecontinue to argue that there's no way I placed an order at her store. I then asked her to call the other location. As time wasslipping away and I was in a hurry I asked if the other location has the cake that I could go pick up. She said yes and I askedif I would have to pay again. She said yes and you'll have to call my manager to get a refund and pointed at a very tatterednote taped to the countertop. I snapped the attached picture and explain that I would have to worry about that later. I calledthe other location and spoke to Lori who was kind and patient. When I arrived at the Stapleton location the cake was ready forme and I did not have to pay again. Don't waste your time with this location just drive the extra 5 to 10 minutes into Stapletonfor a better experience. Read more
