We grabbed lunch here to go. Mom & Pop shop that is a very quaint, cute place. I had the Mediterranean and it was a very good... sandwich. I just can't push it up to 5 stars for my overall opinion of the lunch, but definitely try it out when in the area. Read more

I liked the focaccia sandwich and will try some of the others too. I tried the cold sandwich another day and the bread was... stale, but I think the lady (super nice and personable) said they get fresh bread on certain days, do I'll try to time thatbetter. Ingredients are good though, good options and person size. I recommend this place because they are a little differentthan the options around this block (Regis). Read more

Such a cute little shop. Not much room in the store but it has a lot of our favorite items--especially with St. Nicholas Day... coming up. We will definitely be returning when we are in the mood for treats. Read more

I?ve seen this shop several times and looked it up on Google. Visited their website and noticed they have an unsweetened hot... cocoa on their menu. Dutch chocolate is very well known across the world, so I figured it would be worth a try. I also like totest ?the basics? of a locale, it really tells you a lot about the passion and effort a business places on their service. Ivisited the shop during lunch to buy the hot cocoa and the small place was dead empty (red flag) I waited for 5-10 min lookingaround the Dutch items while tapping my foot to Orchestra Baobab playing in the background (they are an African music group withCuban influence...yeah go figure). Anyway, finally someone helped me, they make the hot cocoa on the spot which was nice. But tomy horror, my hot cocoa was comprised of 2/3 water, 1/3 milk, and boxed powder cocoa all heated in the microwave. Once theminute of the microwave was up, a few quick stirs and the server handed me the open cardboard cup with no lid. It wasunsweetened cocoa but...what an embarrassment! $3.50 for microwave heated cup of powered chocolate! They would shoot you inHolland if you serve that there! Where are the standards? I know it?s just hot cocoa, but the cultural passion needs to be therejust as much as anything else! ...Ok, venting is done. I?m willing to give the place another try...maybe it was an off day, maybe I can try a sandwich that are very recommended but I would like to plead for more effort and passion, I?ve never been andnot sure if I?ll ever go to Holland but if I can experience it here in Denver, what a delight would that be. This is a great little find! Sweet and simple sandwich/lunch place serving Netherland-inspired comfort food and drinks. Plus... they have a whole wall of grocery/type shelves filled with Dutch imported goodies! Currently Fully stocked with holidayfavorites like chocolate letters :). Brings me back to my great-grandparents handing out the special dutch treats atChristmastime. What a cute little spot Dubbel Dutch is, plus the owner is really nice and was willing to chat for a bit :). Shegets all of her goodies directly from the Netherlands. I recommend this Authentic little spot and I?m happy to have come acrossit! Read more
