Waste of my time..!! Stood in lobby waiting to have my order taken for over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, while... they seemed to be only focused on the drive thru, to be told card machine isn't working to be told that they can't take my cashbecause a $50 couldn't be broken on a $18 purchase.. Now I remember why I stay away from corporate company. Don't waste yourtime or money people, go to a local donut shop..!! Read more
During my visit to this specific location, there were out of every donut product. No donuts, donut holes, crullers, fritters,... bagels, nothing except for cupcakes and bagel bites, which were delicious. My order was incomplete and my employees feltdefeated when I brought them the 4 cupcakes and pair of bagel bites I ordered. Needless to say, they will not be receiving athird chance visit from me. 2 stars, generously awarded, for brevity and decent customer service. Read more
The donuts were old and dry. The food was not heated. Cheese wasn't even melted. Out of sausage which is half of the menu. No... kolaches. Doesn't take American express. Bacon was sad and greasy. Read more
I purchased the sourdough breakfast sandwich on my way to work, I took about two bites to find the center was cold. I went back... and got another only to find it?s equally as bad. Most notably the bread which is supposed to be toast was not toasted at allprobably just microwaved. Pretty disappointing considering how easy it is to toast bread. So stick to the coffee, food menu isnot being prepared correctly. Read more
This was literally the worst Duncan we have ever been to. I ordered a medium hot original latte with vanilla and oat milk? they... gave me just a medium cup of French vanilla syrup and oat milk, no espresso.. there is no phone number to get a hold of them,and their sister stores hate them too. We called other dunkins nearby and they refused to be associated with the store. Closethis place down. Don?t go here. Read more
Close this location!!!! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Have given this place multiple tries and they never get my order right. Always... out of donuts! Food undercooked! Drinks watery! I had been waiting for what felt like forever for this location to open (I first noticed the "coming soon" sign maybe about a... year ago) so I was ecstatic when they finally opened and went about an hour after they opened on the first day. And I was notdisappointed. It's a little bit smaller than your typical Dunkin and the donuts are displayed right front and center. Much moreconvenient experience. I'll be back here a lot. Read more
After reading these reviews, I have absolutely no faith in humanity. Do better people. If you don?t have the patience to wait... awhile, make your own coffee. If you don?t like the time they close or open, make your own coffee, it?s a donut/coffee business,what do you expect?
