We dined at Ellyngton's for breakfast during our stay at the Brown Palace Hotel a few weekends ago. The food was delicious (I... recommend trying their corned beef hash) and the service was exceptional. The staff are very kind, friendly, and attentive. Iwould definitely dine with them again. Thank you for a great experience. Read more

Loved my experience at this restaurant. We went for a Sunday brunch after our anniversary, and it was great. Fun selection on... the brunch menu. The menu is not too much but just enough to keep it creative. And the bottomless mimosas dinner hurt either. Weordered three entrees. One was a prime rib hash with eggs on top. That came out fantastic. Seasoned well and delicious. We alsoordered French toast which was okay. I wish it would have had a little bit more creative flavor, but it was a good French toast.I ordered an Oscar omelette with hollandaise sauce, it was delicious. I love how it was creative. This is something that I wouldtry to recreate, maybe in a different style, but the combination of flavors was great. The server was super fun and fantastic, Ithink all servers should be like her, especially in a beautiful hotel like the Brown Palace! Overall I would go here again.Bring family friends for a fun brunch. And the price is just right. Read more

My friend and I ate in early on a weekday morning (6:45 on a Thursday). Pastries are quite excellent, and the service is... impeccable. The decor was once vibrant, but is now both drab and dated, with a hint of must that you'd expect from a venerableplayer such of Ellyngton's. It was a courageous decision to include blue cheese in their biscuits and gravy offering, a choicewhich I could not come to abide by. Enjoy the dining company and the service, but firm up the mettle of your expectations intoa lower range than you'd expect for the price, offerings, and venue. Read more

What an incredible experience! This hotel/building is so stunning. I'm sad we didn't get to dessert, because the food was so... yummy I kinda stuffed my face! Very simple ingredients. Great drinks. Server was a little busy but to be expected. I suggest thebottomless mimosas for brunch. I will be back next time I'm in Denver for sure! Read more

Finally checked this place off the "mothers day brunches to try in Colorado" Over priced. Over hyped. Underwhelming food. Blah.... The Broadmoor is 10 times the destination for mothers day brunch. Do yourself a favor. Don't eat here. Nearly $400 for a familyof 4 to eat brunch here. Read more

The restaurant interiors are simply unbelievable and so is the entry through the hotel lobby. The food was pretty good as well... and the customer service was amazing. The price was also very decent for such a high end restaurant. My favorite food was thesoup ???? Read more

Hands down one of the best brunch experiences. Had the crab omelette and it was literally the best omelette I’ve ever had.... Love that they offer tiered bottomless champagne options. The piano player elevated the atmosphere. I would definitely come hereagain. Read more

Love this restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Our server Keith gave us excellent service and good menu recommendations. My... husband got the steak and eggs which was great. I had the prime rib hash - the meat was cooked to perfection. Serving size islarger than I expected. I love the decor of The Brown Palace and Ellynton's. It's the prefect place for a date or to dine withfamily. The large windows offer a nice view of downtown Denver. Every time we have dined here, the service has been good. Theyalso have one of my favorite brews of coffee. They offer valet parking at a reasonable price. All in all a great place to eat. Read more
