When is the last time you ate at an airport restaurant and actually looked forward to coming back again? (For me, probably... never prior to this place) Have eaten at Elway's in DEN twice now, got the prime steak salad each time. Very good! Also hadthe tacos app - really enjoyable steak tacos with guac / two salsas. This is a winning combination that will probably call tome again the next time I'm through. In addition to the food, I had a great service experience. My waiter's name was Paul, andhe was super. He saved my rear end when I had forgotten an item at my table and had to come back for it. A great restaurant for a steak or a burger. The wait can be very long - we waited 30 minutes for a table. That said, the... restaurant is pretty big so the turnover of guests is pretty good, so even if many people are ahead of you on the waitlist youshouldn?t expect a wait longer than 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and the food comes quickly. The beer and wine selection isgood and the menu is extensive, of course mainly focused on meats. The best dinner I ever had. Worth the price and absolutely smashes the stereotype of airport food being bad. Steak and Mac and... cheese made perfect. More importantly my server Bobby was phenomenal, super friendly and helpful which again is stunning in thecontext of an airport. Very polite and absolutely made the experience. Fantastic steakhouse in an airport? I'll play! It was fantastic. I started with an Old Fashioned, and it was made perfectly. For... an appetizer I had the shrimp cocktail and it was wonderful. The horseradish and remoulade were my favorite garnishes, but themustard was delightful as well. Next came the Filet with sauteed asparagus. The asparagus was kind of whatever, nothing to writehome about, but the steak? Out. Of. This. World. Ordered medium rare, the braise on the outside was perfect, bringing a crisp,rich caramelizing that I've never had before. This beats a Ruth's Chris in the face. I'd go again just got the steak alone.Great Pinot Noir complimented the meal perfectly. Ended with an espresso and vanilla bean ice cream... Can't say enough. Great drinks. Great service and food was super delicious. I ordered the 8oz steak with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and... broccoli. Everything was seasoned well and just tasted so amazing. The waiter recommended the wine and did not disappoint. Read more

This was a great place to stop to get some solid food (and not just a snack). If you decide to stop here, make sure you have at... least an hour to do so. I?d like to mention that it?s located between gates B39 and B37 at the ?center court? of concourse B.It?s NOT upstairs as some places state. The price are high, because of the location, but the food is good. Definitely a morepremium quality. The staff was quite nice. You can get any kind of alcoholic drink here. They offer appetizers, salads,sandwiches, soups, burgers, and steak. There a good selection to choose from. The environment is quiet. They played Kenny G inthe background the whole time I was there, not my favorite, but it does get you out of the hustle and bustle of people hurryingto their respective gates. Had a layover and read online that Elways was the best place to eat in the Denver Airport. Wait wasn't too bad, nice to not be... in a hurry. I couldn't decide which burger to get and my waiter let me know I could add egg to one burger and basically make ahybrid. Got the mashed potatoes to go with it. It does take a little bit to come out so be prepared if you're strapped fortime. My food was delicious and I look forward to returning again. *Special shoutout to Ryan C. great waiter. Made sure myglass was always filled. Took time to let me know when my food was arriving. Very cordial and accommodating. He made theexperience even better.
