I don't normally post like this, but this location has seriously gone downhill. I used to order here all the time, but something... changed. I think it switched owners or something, because the food quality is subpar now. Skimpy sandwiches that just plaindon't taste good. Which is sad, as this was my regular lunch spot for a couple years. I have had this problem before where nothing ever goes right, but today was the last straw. They always ignore you like you're... putting a cramp on their day, like when you pick up they can't wait to get you out, and like they would like you to just getout. Usually they just mess up one thing and something small like forgot one topping but today they forgot half my order, mysandwich was the exact opposite of what I ordered, and I was treated poorly. Good thing I checked because we had only two itemsout of the seven items ordered. I had to remind them what I needed. Then they made my sandwich like I said the exact opposite,went in to get it remade and guess what they made it the exact same as the first wrong one! Finally made it correctly but satthere and were trying to bad mouth me, but they were not as quiet as they thought. Small update: when I got home my pickle wascut in half but it looked like both sides has teeth marks. It was so questionable I just threw everything away! So tired of thislocation! Read more
They were unable to make my sandwich to even remotely resemble what I ordered using the website. They kind of tossed a few... things on there and ignored the rest. I paid $11 and ended up with a piece of wheat bread with 1 slab of cheese, a little bit oflettuce, and a few black olives. They didn't even bother to toast it. Bottom line is, they just don't care. This location is completely hit or miss. Sometimes they make your online order pickup order, sometimes they say they never got... it and pick it off the machine. Sometimes they follow their own posted hours, sometimes they close when they want. It's really aroll of the dice with this place. Read more
Walked in and nobody greeted. Let me stand there and ask where to order. They're watching TV instead of making sandwiches. ... Girl is on phone. No personality at all and kind of rude. They walk around with weird grins like they're up to something. Feels as though customers are a nuisance. I said thank you while grabbing my order and was ignored. I'd never hire kids likethis. What an uncomfortable experience. I won't be back to this location for sure which sucks because it's the closest to myhouse. Read more
do not ever waste your money on this overpriced shop. jimmy johns is perfectly good and have good staff who dont disrepect... customers like this location. firehouse will close 45 minutes early and give middle fingers to customers wanting in. i cantimagine why someone would want to pay $15 for a sandwich from these ingrateful people.
