An odd, up and down experience that culminated in an alright dining experience. The cocktails were nice, those were enjoyable.... The karaage is fried chicken, so hard to mess up. It was nice and crispy so that was pleasant. The kimchi fried rice wasstraight up whack. It doesn't even look like kimchi fried rice. They either forgot the brine and/or the gochujang because it wasflavourless and has no spice. The kimchi was sliced so thinly, I could barely find it. The baos were alright. Smallish portions,bun wasn't quite fluffy enough, but the garnish was refreshing. The sashimi and sushi were also good, which probably shouldn'tcome as a surprise since it's a sushi restaurant. But it was quite expensive to get any substantial amount of sashimi/sushi. Ittook us 5-10 minutes to get a table despite the capacity being less than half. But our server was great. The lighting was pinkand the music was overbearing. They were kind enough to turn it down outside and did tell us the lighting was customizable andfor a group of women on the upper level. Amazing!! Gorgeous decor, fun music and vibes, extensive whiskey selection, high end but well priced sushi, raw bar and drinks.... Karim gave us exceptional service even though they were slammed. 1/2 priced rolls @ 9pm. I highly recommend!! Dairy blockrocks!! Read more

the set up is beautiful. they have the raw bar upstairs and a bar area downstairs. plenty of seating. parking is a nightmare but... that’s most of denver. they were on happy hour when me and a friend showed up - half off rolls and some appetizer/ drinkspecials. was not impressed by the quality of the rolls. edamame was ice cold. i was hungry after leaving and i hate thatfeeling. still somehow with happy hour i spent $80 by myself. i got 2 rolls.. wouldnt come back and wouldn’t recommend. stillnothing can beat temaki den :) Read more

We came here for a gentleman’s bachelor party and arranged for some sushi and whiskey tasting. We received an outstanding... selection and education from the GM. Our host, Antoinette, went the extra mile to customize the menu for the future groom. Manyplaces can offer great food (as they did here) but it’s rare for a restaurant to go the extra mile to make the EXPERIENCE topnotch. Food, selection, service atmosphere are all fantastic. Came to Foraged for a business meal. We ordered a variety of dishes and desserts. To our palate's pleasure, we enjoyed it... ALL! Great drinks! Tasty apps! Bomb sushi! Yum entrées!
