Regularly cycle past Good Times but never stopped in until today. Super friendly staff. Even grabbed my road bike so it would... not fall as I was fumbling to get a credit card out. Very generous spoonbender (their version of a Blizzard or Concrete). Supercool staff especially considering how much they must get harassed being at Broadway and Evans. lots of homeless in the area. I ordered a malt and a paw bender. After handing me my paw bender and walking away without saying anything, I assumed the... manager forgot my paw bender. When I politely asked about it he came back in a rude tone saying ?OH WHAT?!? You mean thisthing?!? You mean the thing I just went to go and get?!!?? When I called to complain and asked for the manager, he blamed it onme and wouldn?t let me file a complaint. I'd give this Good Times location 5 stars, except I very much dislike tomatoes and ketchup. As such, I oftentimes order burgers... without those tomato items, and MOST of the time, I need to re-order because they put them on the burger. In other words; Irarely get what I ordered. It's unfortunate because they make one of my favorite burgers of all time (Double Good Time, notomatoes or ketchup, extra mustard and pickles), and I rarely order it because I am almost guaranteed they won't get it rightthe first time, and I don't want to bother with getting them to re-make it. This is the most inconsistent Good Times I've been to. Sometimes the burgers are really good, but sometimes I get a soggy,... lukewarm burger. I've never received hot, crispy fries or spuds here. Always taste like they've been left out all day. Serviceis usually friendly and I still love the custard. Read more

Way superior to other day food spots like McDonald's, burger king etc and not too pricey. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and... green Chile cheese fries for 11.50. both were very good for fast food. Will be back. Read more

Given the economy, any establishment that encourages their employees to disparage a patron over a question on the menu deserves... to go out of business. I stopped to get my grandchildren pretzels, the MANAGER "schooled" me for easily 5 minutes that it wasa promotion MONTH'S ago. He was so abrasive and nasty I asked to speak to the manager, and he happily advised me he was themanager. I was shook to my core. Then I asked for dipping sauce for a jalapeño bites, wrong thing to ask for. Now I knowwhy, everyday I drive by on my way home, literally no customer's. Read more
