What happened to the food quality? Heidi?s Deli at DIA is always a favorite stop and I often route a flight through Denver Sinai... can enjoy a Heidi?s meal. Today I purchased three sandwiches. Each one had one thin slice of meat. Yes only one thin slice ofmeat. $12/sandwich. Used to have a nice bulky amount of meat and was worth the price. I paid $35 (with tax) for bread, a tomato,and lettuce. I can see a mistake with one sandwich, but not all three! If this is the new level of service, I?ll not be eatingat Heidi?s I need to be refunded for at least two sandwiches because, at best, that?s all I got. (Actually, I got less meat thanis usually in one sandwich). I?m on my flight so I can?t load photos. I?ll load them when I land. Heidi?s DIA, this isn?tacceptable! The menu says cold sandwich comes with pickle ,chips , Cole slaw or potatoe salad. I was not given an option. I did not get a... pickle and they automatically gave me potato chips (yuk) I askad for no onion on my sandwich it was covered in red onions. Thecashier tried to drop my change in a tip bucket with out asking if that was ok. Glad I'm passing through. The concept of allclean options is fantastic but the service is not. Read more
Staff rude always. Very slow service. If your in a jam this is the spot. Sandwiches are ok. Breakfast precooked eggs bacon... sausage. It's heated in a warmer when you order. Soup yukky. Fruit cups too expensive. Everything else is up in the air. 5 starsfor Brownies they are amazing. Read more
The price gouging is out of control. An extra $1.50 to add cheese to your sandwich, really? It should just come with cheese,... especially at the menu prices. I didn't realize it was an upcharge when I ordered, because it's on a different video menu board,which also changes every few seconds. The lady taking orders was hard to understand, and she didn't seem to understand me verywell, either. If you order one of the salads, it's very very tiny. Maybe three forks full if I'm being generous. Speaking offorks, they didn't automatically provide one. I had to go back and ask for it, and that lady seemed annoyed. As far as the foodgoes, it was okay. The bread tasted fresh, and the meat was fine, but overall it was pretty dry. The potato salad wasdecent. For an Escape from NY with cheese and a bottle of soda, it came to $23. That's without a tip, but they did have a tipjar at the register if you're so inclined. There is a small counter by the registers with a few stools if you wish to eatthere. Very limited. Read more
Absolutely not. Don't do it. The touch less ordering and pay doesn't work. The back kitchen was very disorganized. I was ask... what I wanted repeatedly as the person taking the order was also trying to cook (use the air fry oven to reheat). I had torepeat my order several times to the lady ringing the order up as she was going back and forth trying to get coffee for otherorders. If someone had ordered a smoothie that entire kitchen would have collapsed. And I'm not kidding you. The bag says askus about our catering. Then on the other side it ask if you would like to own one. ???? That's a hard pass. Most of thecustomers were just looking at each other and wondering if we were on an episode of punked. Read more
We ordered the crab cake and Philly Cheese sandwich ???? ???? ???? ???? ????! Soooooooo good I cried ????! It's located in... Colorado Airport near United Airlines domestic Terminal B 89-95! If you don't have a flight there It's is still worth the walk!And it has great service! Read more
Almost missed the flight while I was waiting for the sandwich, but Damm was it worth it! Julianne's fav was awesome! ????
