Like the food and the concept, but was very much disappointed in our experience. I'm a seafood sort of guy and when we got into... line, found out they only do shrimp on a night or two - seems like it used to be on the food bar all the time. They were out ofcrab so there was no seafood to be had. When we first got there, they had eggs on the bar but they ran out as we got in line.Real bummer since fried rice is best with eggs in the mix! Then at meal end, the ice cream machine was out. Granted it wastowards closing time, but still we had a half hour so not unrealistic to think dessert would be available! We paid full pricebut feel like we didn't get full value. We like the chefs and we like the location. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad night.We will try them again before finalizing our opinion on them. I'll update this review once we do. Read more

3rd location visited, same excellent service, same great food I've received at all of the HuHot locations. Shoutout to Nikki,... (Sorry if I misspelled it) for helping make our experience here a great one! She definitely went above and beyond in regards toservice. I highly recommend coming here if in the area. The food is made super fresh and always pleases, and believe me when Isay I'm extremely picky about where I dine out. Great work Northfield location!!! Read more
First time here, greeting staff was super excited and brought a great vibe to the place, he explained everything and was super... helpful. The choices here are amazing and you can switch up every dish. The grill staff was also nice and served with a smile.Can feel that the staff are really happy here and get along with eachother really well. I'd say if your looming for a place toeat stop here, maybe if your looking for work, seems like a positive area. Read more
Amazing place. Great selection.... One star removed for only havong one beef tray, which is often empty. Basically, they want... you to eat other stuff. It tastes good, though, and I'll wait for the beef. The sauce choices are substantial. **update** thebacon on the menu is nothing but fat. Literally only the fat portion of a bacon strip... Raw meat, eggshells, and slow service Worst out of the four huhot locations in colorado. On arrival I waited 6 minutes to be... seated and another 4 to finish paying, Nothing wrong with my first plate other than a few small pieces of eggshells. Which I'vegrown to expect over the last 4 months of HuHot. The new server (who I later found out was new) didn't miss a chance to throweggs into the air and chop the eggs in half, which compared to the slow squishing of the eggs that minimizes egg shelloccurrence, is a much more messy way to do it. The nightmare began on the second meal, getting my usual pork, steak, rice,sausage, broccoli, mushrooms, and khans revenge. During the grilling process the new chef again left eggshell in my eggs, andruined the egg of another lady who had her entire egg thrown into the hole in the middle. When my meal was finished, I noticed apiece of mystery meat that didn't add into my bowl and had never seen as an option at a huhot before, and wasn't available atthis one. A very large chunk of what seemed to be either chicken or pork. Not sliced flat like your average serving of meat athuhot. Noticing this, I picked up my utensil and chopped the thing in half, as it did not look remotely cooked the photoattached is what I found.I told yhe server, who was kind, what I had found, after her telling me she'll get the manager, 5minutes later a guy comes up to me saying "I just wanna know where you got that from" and suggesting that it did not come fromhuhot. He offers me appetizers after I mention that my appetite is gone because of the raw mystery meat found in my meal. Idecline and he let's me know that I can have another plate (it's all you can eat, so it was more just saying "I'll throw thisplate away for you") I say "I guess I'll have another round" on my third way around he follows me down the line watchingeverything I grab. Good place to eat. It was awesome watching the chefs cook up each bowl of food. There was a wonderful selection of meats... including shrimp, crab, mussels, beef, chicken, and more. Several types of noodles to choose from as well as rice. Tons ofveggies. The number of sauces you can create is close to endless. You even get soft serve ice-cream when you are done with yourmeal.
