Decent coffee. The lobby location and decor make for a nice looking place with very limited seating.

Last week I went in and ordered a onion bagel with turkey egg & cheese, the guy gave me a garlic bagel and during the time of... him making it I asked if he was going to add the turkey and he responded to me "duh", I looked at my co-worker and our jawsdropped, I told him I am sorry my vision is not great, when I went to eat it I realized it was a garlic bagel not onion and Icouldn't eat it however at that point I was back to work and set for back to back meetings so I couldn't go back to the storeand when I tried to call their number no one answered and I left a message but never got a call back. Today I went in because Ihad not been in the office and explained to the store manager what happened, she first refused to give me her name thenproceeded to tell me that I always complain when going there, I have not nor do I go there all the time and I explained to herwhat happened she stated she cant do anything to help me and he would never have made that comment to me because he is one ofthe nicest people ever, I told her that she was being very unprofessional and I will never go there again. After asking overand over with a line behind me what her name was she said Victoria however I am not sure that is her name but this isunacceptable and not appropriate customer service I will make sure that others are aware of the kind of customer service that isbeing provided there, hopefully Victoria will learn some problem resolution skills going forward. Okay so I am a usual customer because I work in the building upstairs, above Ink. I come swing by for coffee pretty frequently.... I came over today and sat at the couch, since it was empty, to read for an hour on my lunch break. No customers nearby at all.Dead quiet. Whoever your redheaded brat is with a side braid working on 11/26 at 12:30pm got passive aggressive attitude with meand asked me to leave unless I was paying for something. Maybe you should train her to be friendly and convince potentialcustomers to stay so they feel welcomed and return? Read more

So appalled that this "neighborhood" coffee place would think that gentrification is a joke. Classless, insensitive, and... inexcusable. They have clearly taken their "coffee above all else" slogan to heart. They have put it above decency and anyhumans who don't fall into a certain socioeconomic level. There are so many other great coffee shops that support a diverse andinclusive community. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read more

Gentrification is a form of violence used by rich white folks to open businesses in historically colored neighborhoods, pushing... out businesses owned by people of color and making a profit off of suffering. Shame on you ink. Boycott ink! Read more

I created a smoothie and it was delicious and huge. The people working were very friendly. I didn't have a coffee item, so I... can't vouche for that, but I'm sure it's good. Read more

I really liked this coffee spot. It's in the bottom of the building so not a place to sit on your computer if that's what you're... looking for. The chairs were old and a little hard but the atmosphere is nice. The coffee is good and there are a lot ofoptions to choose from as far as iced drinks. Also I was going there to meet for a job interview, and Aaron really helped meout! Overall a great experience. Read more
