I wanted to get a smoothie to eat something... a little healthier at the airport and avoiding these ingredients (essentially added sugar) limited my options. We were caught up in the Southwest snafus on June 19th. Over 2000 confused and tired people. My beef is that at approx 4 or 5... pm, most of the shops and restaurants were closed!! When there is a situation like this, the shops and restaurants should beopen to accommodate the passengers! I ate a dry sandwich from a small store that closed shortly after. Read more
It's inside the airport so of course it's expensive, they didn't make the drink just right and they do not accept gift cards and... they have a tiny little sign above stating so. Other than that they were fast and polite. I was very happy to see a Jamba juiceinside a airport! Read more
People are on time limits trying to catch flights but this facility doesn?t seem to care or have any sense of urgency. I had a... quick minute to grab something from one of my favorite establishments and stood and watched the staff giggle and interact witheach other while several of us waited for our order to be prepared. I am happy to see people enjoying their workplace butcustomers come first and especially when minutes count! Read more

Great Smoothies. They now have energy bowls? Even shots? Awesome, though I have yet to try them! Maybe this is what should be... expected, but the few times I have been here customer service has always been very, well, understaffed. You can see peoplewalking away because they have a flight or do not have all that time. Depending on the time of day, you can be waiting anywherefrom five minutes to half an hour to merely place your order. Before the next stage, waiting for them to make the order. All theemployees are indeed very nice when you reach them, but that doesn't completely make up for it. Read more
