So I had there punkin special for the holiday it was so good ! And the cashier was amazing she was working by herself and they... had just opened up for the day and I only had a $100 bill on me because I usually use Google pay . But they don't exceptGoogle,apple,Samsung or any of the tap and pay services . But seen as how it was the beginning of the day she didn't have changefor me so she ended up giving me the drink. I tried to go in and give her a tip and pay her for the drink she so kindly boughtme that day several times since then but I miss her every time. Read more

I'm sorry but you close too early for us. We are always down there after 5pm for a movie, after a run, or after the gym when we... want a smoothie. I guess smoothies are day time snacks, but this has frustrated us many many times. Read more

Great customer service! There was only one worker there when I went but they were incredibly helpful and welcoming! The family... in front of me (clearly not from the area) had a lot of questions and they were very patient in answering them. And of course,the smoothie was delicious! Read more

Good when you can get it. Been in 4 times and every time no one is working or there is one person who is understandably... disgruntled. Slowest place ever, dirty and seems to be in desperate need of new management! One time a woman working there toldme that they would be lucky if she didn't walk out by 3 and leave it. I went there this past weekend. It was really busy but I didn?t mind, I wanted a good smoothie. Since the line was so long I... decided to try ordering online. I still knew it would take long and I understood because there were only two people working. Inoticed when people would walk in, they would start listing everything they were out of. Okay fine, busy day. 25 minutes go byand I?m still waiting on my drinks. I go up to ask about it and the woman says they are out of lemon juice. Keep in mind Iordered 25-30 minutes ago and she just decided not to make it and not to call out my name and ask how I wanted it made instead.She just didn?t make it. I understand it was really busy and they were out of a lot but I was a little frustrated. She finallymade my drinks, and they weren?t smoothies. It was liquid not thick in the slightest. I?m not trying to be a Karen but I reallythink they need more people working at a time. The workers were very nice otherwise, it just seemed irresponsible to not callout my name and ask I wanted them made instead. Read more

Oh god. Should have looked this place up before I went in - although who would have thought a classic nationwide chain could... produce such a terrible experience? Needed a quick healthy lunch between meetings so I placed an online order for pick up toensure timeliness and efficiency. No chance! The online order never pushed through so not only were my bowls not ready butseveral people who arrived at the shop after I arrived placed an order in person and received it before anyone asked me what Iwas waiting for. Once they got started, it still took a solid 7-10 mins to make my bowls so I ended up being late. I was asked"Do you mind if we use frozen strawberries for toppings instead of fresh?" Naturally I mind but now that I am twenty mins lateand just want me my food ASAP what can I do but agree? The final straw was the actual bowl though - mine was SOUP with limitedtoppings!!! I could have drunk it with a straw. And no this is not how Jamba does bowls because my husband's bowl was normal.See pics for difference. Unbelievable. I am so sorely disappointed. I would like to request my money back and give them thisbowl back if I could!!! Read more

Unfortunately my waffle was extremely BURNT. Pretty bizzare knowing the person looked at it but made the choice to wrap it up... and serve me. Look I understand it was extremely busy... Not to mention I ordered online and still waited ten minutes to getfood that is not edible. Surly I would have waited another two minutes. Read more
