This place is fantastic! The food is always good, the employees are always friendly, and their dining area is always clean! I... eat here a couple of times a month and they never disappoint. I like this location but it needed a deep clean today. Floor was dirty where workers were. Dirty gloves on the floor and a loaf... of sub bread on the floor. Also, should wipe the counters and meat cutting machine regularly to keep clean. Some retraining justneeds to take place on importance of cleanliness. Read more
The food is great but the wait is u.n.b.e.l.i.e.v.a.b.l.e!!! NOT a "30 minute lunch break" kinda place. Maybe if you call ahead... (I don't know if they do that) or have it delivered it's not so bad. I'm prepared to pay 8 or 9 bucks for a sandwich but afteryou have one delivered, it turns into a $20 sandwich and that's ridiculous no matter how great the food. Read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two separate times I have been treated poorly. First time me and my friends were... denied water cups after a long day of work. We paid for sandwiches and were told we weren't allowed to grab the FREE water cupsprovided. Second time we were treated with disrespect when we order food, were given the wrong order and the worker told us tokeep the sandwiches and he'd remake them. We then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while we thought our food was being made.Eventually many orders were being delivered and made, so we approached the cash register and a woman approached it and askedwhat we needed. We told her about our situation and she yelled at us and said she told the worker to not make it because we ateour other sandwiches. We asked her what we were supposed to do with the sandwiches that were made wrong and she told us weshould've given the sandwiches back to them and she would've made new ones for us. I work in the food industry and the mostimportant rule is that you do not take food back from customers once given out, it is a health violation and the only thing acompany can do is throw it away. Also just good customer service is to remake the sandwiches since they were wrong orders in thefirst place. Jersey mikes has let me down yet again. Read more
