Place online order, show up 15 minutes later, food not done. Sit and wait while other people come and go with their food. 10... minutes later I ask where it is, and they hand it to me. It's been done long enough to lose heat, but they just don't careenough to tell me it's done, I guess. Happened to me the first time, and I thought "whatever it happens." Second time ithappened I was annoyed. "Why do I tip?" "Why do I order ahead?" Third time it happened, I realized it's just how it is here. yeah yeah the food is good but placing an order for delivery is next to impossible. Literally the last 4 times I tried? I waste... all this time only to have the order rejected for various reasons. Tonight? I get told they are TOO busy and not taking anymoreorders. Honestly, WTH is that??? Just not worth the hassle I end up being so frustrated I don't even try another place- theywaste my time and I decided I don't even want to try ordering anywhere else. They can have the food that is just garbage andthis has happened the last 4 times. Hire more people perhaps? I wont EVER try to order from them they are just a junkestablishment to me.. I've been a pretty big fan of this brand since I first started eating with jersey Mike's in Pensacola. Honestly, the quality... is pretty consistent between locations, from what I can tell. The food? Awesome. The staff? Super friendly. The location wasclean and I could definitely tell these guys took pride in their work. (Which these days, is actually a huge achievement.) Ihonestly can't really say anything negative here. The food is (again) pretty damned good if I say so myself. If you're lookingfor a place for a good snack or a quick meal, this is your ticket. I visited this location today and was very disappointed. It was during the lunch rush, so I didn't mind waiting. What I thought... was horrible was the way the manager was speaking to the crew. I've been in similar positions of management before and genuinelyfelt bad for the employees. He kept correcting everyone and was just generally very, very rude. He was nice to customers but Icould tell it was fake based on how he treated the staff. On a side note, the bathroom was gross, which is also due to this badmanager. I would replace or demote him immediately. The food was good, which is why I left two stars. Read more
