I will admit they were slammed. They locked the doors to finish orders. However the does not mean they cannot follow simple... orders on a ticket. The place was messy and one one person making sandwiches. Mine and my wife's were equally horrible. Reallyhow do mess up an unwhich!? Not even wrapped, just a chunk of lettuce. Store is so ghetto. It's never open when it's supposed to be, their registers are always broken and can't sell subs, employees... at this location are soooooo lazy and slow. Worst JJ location ever, it's a dump they should just burn it down for the insurancemoney. Read more

One of the sandwiches I ordered was not cut in half when I asked for it to be cut in half online. That sandwich also did not... have the customizations I asked for and it just came like how the menu states. I asked for a pickle to be quartered. It was notquartered. The bag of chips they had in my to go bag was original. I asked for salt and vinegar. Luckily I saw that before Ileft so I switched the chips, but then when I got home I realized the chips bag was pretty deflated and turns out it had opened,so the chips were stale. I dined in here a few days prior and it took FOREVER for them to make my sandwich. This is the worstjimmy johns location I have ever been to. I?ve never been to a Jimmy Johns before and don?t plan to ever go back. I ordered the spicy Italian which came with olive oil.... The girl also added a ton of Mayo. All the ingredients on the menu and not one of them said Mayo was on this sub, otherwise I?dhave asked for it without. Not only that, but the amount of oil on this sub was insane. I think she dumped the entire bottle onthere. THE MESSIEST Italian sub I?ve ever had. The combination of all the oil and all the mayo, the ingredients wouldn?t stay inthe sub because it was so slimy. Not to mention all the gross oil contents all over my wrapper that had dropped out of my sub asI was eating it. I can not express enough how much oil came out of that damn sandwich when I ate it. Also, do they not cut theirsubs? That added to the difficulty in eating it. Even subways cutes their subs and that low quality subs. Do better Jimmy Johns. Read more
