We like to order here for our team when they cant leavr the building on breaks since its a few blocks down, unfortunately that... distance takes 30-50 minutes sometimes just for 2 sandwiches. This Jimmy John?s is so slow and just took over an hour to deliver our sandwiches. They are often incorrect and leave out... ingredients. I?ve also found staff to be very rude when going in for a pick up order and are annoyed that we are there. Don?trecommend at all. Read more

Tastes ok, not much to it. Staff was accurate and nice, they made the sandwich to corporate pre-configured... specifications?.there just isn?t much to it, other than lettuce and bread. I?ll eat at Jimmy John?s again, in a pinch but seeno reason to go back by choice. Read more
Don?t go to this location! I was served a sandwich with broken glass in it. The manager Gary did not seem very concerned about... the situation. He promised I would shorty be receiving a phone call from his upper management but I haven?t heard from anyoneyet. I asked that they stop making other peoples sandwiches to check for more glass in their ingredients but they didn?t want tobecause it was their lunch rush. Read more
I?ve ordered here many times. About every 1 in 3 orders it takes an hour and a half or more to arrive. JJ?s is 1.1 miles... away. I used to work for JJs in college. If this ever happened at our location, we would refund the customer. Last time Icalled the employee I talked to mentioned that other people were calling about their orders as well, so not an isolatedincident. Very disappointing. It?s tough to staff retail right now, and I always tip well and appreciate what y?all do. But ifyou make mistakes like this you need to either manage expectations or fix the problem. Read more
Freaky fast they say. Well if you think 1hr and 40min for one sandwich is fast. Then you are at the right place! I asked for a... refund since I wasted 40min of my lunch waiting for my lunch. They promised to give me a refund which hasn?t happened yet. Andthis isn?t the first time this happened. Every time I order I waste my time waiting for my sandwich and then I get a sandwichlike this.
