**Oct 31st, 2022, I see this store is now advertising (AGAIN) for daytime delivery employment and you guys are being false on... the hourly earning potential for starting day time drivers. Let's see what new employee will fall for it. In addition iwitnessed this store using "Bait and Switch" scheduling tactics with myself and more than one driver. Usually offering up morehours and preferential hours, the first two weeks of hire, and then little by little changing the schedule into less favorablehours for the new driver once they have you employed. In addition, this store does not offer any raises unless you learn how tomake sandwiches. That means your commitment will never be rewarded for driving alone. ----------------------------------- **Aug 23rd, 2022, update, Since the owner has yet to contact me here on this review column, I've decided to continue in filing amotion against this Jimmy Johns. I just touched base with the Dept. Of Labor again and they said the complaint is still withinthe Statute of Limitations. In addition to the "tip pool" violation, im going to flag the store for any of the other behaviorsthat occurred under the cronyism of Toby Earl's management This includes: 1/ inactive discipline and punishment by a storemanager when a complaint has been made. 2/ sexual harrasment or harassment. 3/ inapprpropriate remarks ex. Toby laughingabout a violent incident in his store when he told me about it. A shift leader punched an employee. He thought it was alaughing matter. 4/ Drug use in the alleyway on shift and it clearly affecting the employees temperament and performance. 5/ an employee culture that's groomed to create violence for entertainment for upper management. Ex. There was more than oneviolent or near violent incident in my time there. With a very limited response to it. 6/ unsafe work conditions. Ex. I love Jimmy John's and frequently order while working at a doggie day care. However, the guy who answered was totally rude... while taking my order as he promised I would get the jalapenos I asked to have added to my sandwich. There were NO PEPPERSAGAIN! I was charged a second time for peppers that I didn't get once again. And when I called to complain they said "I'm sorry"and ended the call. What a disappointment. No one cares about customer service these days. Read more

Doesn't matter how close you live and what time you order, it'll always take at least an hour for delivery. I always order the... double meat, and never get it. Read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NICE. THE CASHIER WAS REALLY FRIENDLY. BUT THE MEAT WAS WAY TO SALTY. SO I COULDN'T EAT THE SANDWICH.

So was picking up some food for the wife and I.The nice lady(sarcastic) put my sandwiches on the counter and I said these where... to go. She replied ? Pack them yourself the bags are right here?. I find it disrespectful to have any company to treat theircustomers in this manner. I don?t go to a clients house and say here?s your water heater parts fix it yourself.
