If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had any fast food item that was this stale. The chicken on the famous bowl is... literally inedible. It looks and tastes like it's been sitting for 2 days. Hard as a rock. Takes like bitter cardboard. Whyyyywould you serve this?! Read more
By far the worst fried chicken I have ever had last time I ordered all the food was old been sitting around for a long time and... this time even worse and I'm a KFC fan. I Love this KFC/A&W the staff is GREAT!! I have no car so I walk over because my Mom LOVES the chicken drumsticks meal. They... have always went out of their way to make sure the food is fresh and hot and that we can get what she LOVES..even when it's beensuper busy and they are short staffed. We have never ever been disappointed. Highly recommend this KGC/A&W team.. They areabsolutely on their game. Good Job!! Thanks for all you hard work!! Keep it up and great job with awsome team work!! Horrible service don't ever eat here the two ladies working were very mean. The one lady opened the kitchen door to the lobby... and coughed and then opened the restroom door with a chair and left it while we were just feet away we got grossed out threw ourfood out and left. Read more
