Ordered the 5 piece combo box no changes made and wanted to charge me $14 and change, when I told the lady that it states a... different price she didn?t want to honor it and wanted me to pay almost $15 for a 5 piece. Teach your staff customer service andwhen it says a price honor it. Read more
Serenity is amazing & kind, she gave me one of the best customer service interactions I?ve had in a LONG time! :) Fast Food is a... tough job, a lot of that being ?dealing with customers?. In this pandemic climate where everyone is short-staffed, it?srefreshing to have such amazing customer service knowing 9/10 customers are rude, grumpy, or even hostile. The chicken tenders were basically chicken jerky and they counted a little fried piece of breading as the fifth chicken tender... in my meal (not that I wanted it anyway). They forgot my chicken pot pie and my side of corn was three spoonfuls. This locationis seriously lacking in quality control. Read more
