This Little Caesars location (well, any of them really) has decent enough pizza for the price. However, this is the only... location in the North Metro area where, at least so far, my orders are ready when promised and/or meets their advertised"hot-n-ready" policy when walking in to purchase (i.e., without a pre-order). This place is the worst one I have ever been to! The service was terrible! They had 20 people waiting in the lobby for 20+... minutes for pizza?s that were sitting there ready. The guy taking the orders was taking too many orders for them to keep up!Then kept giving hot and ready pizzas to new customers with tons of people waiting for simple orders! Need to have a moreproductive way of getting orders out and taking them. The guy they had working today up front was not able to multi task or keepup ! We've ordered from this location a few times and have never had an issue before. Except tonight. I ordered through their app for... delivery and apparently it was delivered by Door Dash. When they got here they said that the soda I ordered was not put in withthe order. No big deal, I just figured I'd call and get a refund for it. When I called to do that the guy on the phone told mehe was unable to process a refund over the phone but that I could come get it from the store. I let him know that couldn't leavemy house since it's just me and my kids (thus why I ordered in). He just told me again that it wasn't possible to issue arefund. I asked if there was someone who could help me, like a manager or something and he said he was the manager. I told himthat I worked in food service for years so I know it's always possible to refund something, especially if they were the ones whomessed up but he still was adamant that he couldn't do it. I kept trying to get an explanation as to why it wasn't possible buthe never answered me. He just told me that I could get a free one next time I order and that he wrote down my name but I'mpretty skeptical. ???? Read more
The pizzas weren't ready but they took our order and we were out of there in about 10 minutes.
I went in tonight ordered food and was advised 10 to 15 minutes based on me ordering wings and a pizza. I waited over 30 minutes... and seen several people come in after I did so I asked an employee hom much longer and there seemed to be an issue. The bighispanic guy said 10 minutes I waited then over heard my order being told to another younger kid so my order was never evenstarted. I then was upset based on I was told 10 to 15 min at 7:46pm I got told another 5 min I then asked for a refund. Mindyou the big guy was laughing and smirking the entire time. I definitely say that place is filled with younger kids and should betrained on customer service since they lack it and could benefit on a day to day basis. This is the 1st and last time evervisiting this poor establishment. Im very big on customer service and this store clearly has the worst!!!! I attached areceipts which shows a time stamp of being there. U think the troubles I dealt with I would have been given an apology adiscount SOMETHING but I only got laughed at! Read more
They never disappoint my pizza was ready in the portal at the time that they said I just loved this place
Friendly service. Had to wait 10 minutes for cheese pizza. Not an issue for us. Order was correct.
Best pizza at this location very pleased with the toppings on my custom pizza.
