I ordered a vegetarian burrito and all was well and good until the last 1/4 had chunks of chicken in it. Also ordered a chile... relleno and asked for it to also be made vegetarian or plain and was completely covered in pork green chile. Read more
This location has went downhill...green chili is watery, wait time has increased, overall quality of food is totally... substandard!! Management must have changed because it's not as good as it used to be!!! So the next day, I take the unused"green chili" back and get an attitude like I added water to their chili lol Well, get back home less than 5 minutes away andgreen chili isn't as watery as the previous day, but still thin and bland....I'll be going the extra mile to go to Santiagos!!!! Our order took much longer than it should have (containers of refried beans, nothing was cook to order) and it was a really slow... time. Also, we were shorted and had to go back. Finally, the food was not up to the usual quality we expect from Los Arcos. The dine in restaurants are so much better! Read more

Worst Mexican food EVER. So bland and no flavor!!! Even the guacamole for $3 doesn?t taste like guacamole!!! My two chicken... tacos?I live 4 min away?hard shells were soggy and falling apart. My enchiladas tasted rotten, my beans were dry and cheese was not melted. The enchilada dinner made me vomit twice. I'm so bummed. I used to make special trips to come here. Long waits but the food was always worth it. I'd get steak bravo and a... side of their green chili. Wouldnt recommend making special request however. Was gonna go this evening- but seeing thereviews from the passed 9 months, I think I gotta pass . Hopefully it's just a rough patch.
