Everything was good but I ordered the wrong meal on one of my items cause I didn't remember what she told me to get she wanted... 2-6 piece chicken nugget meals and I ended up getting a cheese burger and a 6 piece meal but it not like it was the end of theworld she didn't eat the burger unfortunately but everything else got ate up then my step mom got upset and had to get the rightthing what she wanted in the first place so I guess it ended up right for the order in the end Read more

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but it makes you when trying to write a review. This is absolutely the worst location... we've ever been to. We live very close to here so that's why we choose to come to this particular location but after todayabsolutely not I will drive out of my way to go to a different restaurant. We come almost every day and I kid you not somethingis always wrong with our order. Today tho was the final straw. We ordered 2 combos and please correct me if I'm wrong butdoesn't combo mean drink, fries and what ever the main item is. Well according to them I only ordered 1 combo okay if thats thecase then I shouldn't have received 2 drinks hmm.... but even after showing then the recipt (multiple times) they still insistedI only ordered 1 combo and proceeded to ask me if I want to pay for another large fry, um negative you will give me the fries Ialready paid for. The manager (a Hispanic lebian) was very rude and unprofessional and very persistent that I was wrong. Theyoung man at the window didn't seem like he even had a clue on what to do. The deserve a negative 3 star! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Arma was so... argumentive. They made us pay for the completely wrong meal and then proceeded to tell us it was our fault when they didn't takeour order right and the charged us for food we didn't order. We order a #7 burrito meal with and extra hash brown, a #4 withcheese and a large OJ. They charged us for 2 mcgriddles and 2 large cokes. Instead of making it right the manager proceeded toyell and tell We didn't order the right thing when the employee didn't take the right order and then charged us for someoneelse's order. They didn't make it right and didn't help at all. This is order #1346 order taker KS #13 We sat there for 15minutes. What a waste if time and energy. No customer service at this location. Your owner and Manager Arma should be ashamedof the lack of efficiency and customer service. Do not go here. Go anywhere else and save your time and money's. Read more
