Winning for fresh coffee at 5:30 this morning. Went through coffee was old and horrible tasting. Didn't want to go back through... but decided I would. Went back through and told him there was a problem and it tasted horrible ask for a fresh cup. I had beenthrough this before and watch them brew a fresh pot. But no give me more of the same and this time with no sugar. McDonald's isgetting pretty bad. Order coffee there's about 40% chance you'll get what you want and it's fresh. Always stale French fries and the saddest looking Big Macs at this location. Plus the exit road has a large dip.
It all started with the rudest person on drive thru, hated her job, rushed us through ordering, we pull up to another rude... female, please understand we've never met either of these people not sure why they are so rude. We ordered two diet Cokes andpaid for them when we asked for the second one after being handed the first we got more attitude. Got twenty piece nuggets andguess what ...noooo sauce. My large fry was only filled barely half way and I only got one of the two burgers on the numberseven. Stop putting miserable people in customer facing positions and keep them in the back. I will never come back as there arethree way better locations on alternate routes home. I go through the drive thru often, the folks that work there late night are coo, and they're really fast. But the last couple of... times they got my order wrong:( I like extra pickle and extra onion, and I wouldn't care but I get charged extra for extra. Read more
I?ve been trapped in this drive thru for over 45 minutes. I can?t leave because there?s a curb blocking you from pulling out.... Not even close to the order window. I seem to have pretty consistent issues with this McDonald?s. Specifically, their breakfast. The owner or general manager does... not seem to take time to train employees or oversee operations. Read more
Of course my order was wrong. I repeated back before I paid in the drive thru. She said she would correct it. Get to the second... window and get the wrong food. I ask for my correct drinks and food. Get a blank stare and nothing. Horrible customer service. Never going back. Third time this happened. It was not a difficult order . Nothing custom. No one answers the phone. Read more
Technical issues prevented them being able to take orders for our lane. Eventually we got to order from the payment window. It... was wonderful just being stuck waiting 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Read more
