I feel bad giving this place a bit of a low review because the food was super good but the service was really terrible. I... don’t really like leaving bad reviews and don’t really leave any but the experience was very frustrating. Food: Reallytasty and super crunchy! We were totally pleased with how it tasted and it really hit the spot! 10/10 would grab food again (butmaybe to go next time). The spicy rice cakes were perfect too! Service: Last night when we went, there were two people workingthe front, a male waiter and a young female hostess/waitress. The male waiter basically was the only one consistently workingand checking on everyone. He was running 6-7 tables, handling to go orders, clearing tables, refilling waters, getting checks,and running the bar. The waitress delivered some orders and cleared a few tables but proceeded to take forever to seat us, fakecry and lay down in a nearby booth, be on her phone by the register, and chat up one table for over half of the time we werethere. She was impossible to flag down and get her attention. So I give big props to the one male waiter that night because hehad his hands full basically working solo. But because of that, it took forever to order, get a box, and get our check. That guydeserves a serious raise and I think the shop needs a few more wait staff. Read more

A real hidden gem that has great food, interesting drinks, and a warm, modern vibe. The fried chicken bun was almost a meal on... its own - at $5 I assumed it'd just be a nibble, but I left with a happy, full belly. My impulse to try one of their vibrantsoju drinks was a good one, with a unique taste somewhere in between sake, white wine, and peach soda. As with most restaurantsduring our labor shortage, Mono Mono seems short staffed, but the servers are still upbeat and managing it well all thingsconsidered. I'll definitely be back. Read more
Have been to several Korean Fried Chicken places and would say that this place didn’t match or live up to the hype. Got their... soy garlic wings and spicy rice cakes. Compared to for example the Bonchon chain, the wings at Mono emphasized way more on thesoy sauce and hence it was a bit salty and not really sweet nor garlicky. Similarly the rice cakes were simply spicy anddidn’t have the sweetness if the classic spicy Korean sauce. Otherwise the price was fair and the restaurant had a goodambiance. Read more
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Did an Uber to go order but when I arrived to pick it up, it had not been... started. They got on it right away and were apologetic about it. The place is pretty nice as far as seating goes. Not fancy, butcomfortable. The food was pretty good. There are a lot of Korean chicken places popping up around town and this one is prettygood. Price was decent too. Will be visiting again. Read more
