I'm so glad MCHC opened a Denver location! We loved the Fort Collins location. This location is just as good. The chicken is... spicy, delicious and tender and the mac and cheese always pairs perfectly. Delicious hot chicken with fantastic beer all underthe same roof, what more can you ask for? Read more
This is by far one of the best hot chicken places in Denver. The Nashville hot is good but the White Hot is far superior. It?s... much hotter but is backed with brown sugar and honey (I think) that adds a subtle sweetness. You have to like actual hot chickento enjoy it. Sandwich was a hefty chunk of real chicken. Nashville hot level heat was pretty decent 6/10, got slightly hotter towards the... end. Chicken was delicious! Nashville hot can be hit or miss, but this place definitely hit. My mouth was deliciously coated with... heat for awhile. Pairs incredibly well with the TRVE brewery beers offered in the same building. Highly recommend, especially ifyou?re keen on the metal scene. Read more
Had the hot chicken twice, two spice levels. However, I really really don?t care for the granulated super sweet sugar. I?ve... never had Nashville Hot Chicken where I could actually taste super sweetness and feel the granulated sugar texture. The veryfew parts where the sugar was caramelized tasted great. Read more
