I’ve been patient with this restaurant every time I’ve ordered from them. Even today when I walked in I was ignored by who... seemed to be the owner or manager. She was having a conversation with another customer and did not even pause for a second totell me she would be with me. I was a ghost until another worker in passing recognized I was just standing there. He then wentto check and then had to interrupt the lady from her conversation in regards to my order. I let this impoliteness go. I orderedmy food online and stated no onions, green onions, or any onions because I have an allergy. I just called the restaurant to lether know and she blatantly lied and told me she would refund me but said “You don’t come back to my restaurant no more. Irefund you but you don’t come back!” I’m totally appalled by the service and surprised this restaurant still stands. It’s convenient but I wouldn’t support any small business that doesn’t treat their customers with some respect especiallywhen it was there mistake. This food is lovingly crafted with quality ingredients and flavors. I’ve been here several times and have not been... disappointed in any dish. You can tell that the owner cares about the food and her customers and isn’t just slapping thedishes together. Truly great Thai food is all about balancing sweet, sour, tangy and spicy. Each meal here finds that balanceperfectly. My go-to dish that always satisfies if the Garlic Delight. The curries are spot-on and the noodle dishes are amillion times better than the gloppy messes you get from the other Thai restaurants. If you miss dining experiences in which isfood more an art than a commodity, eat at My Thai Cafe. Read more

Totally ripped off on Tom yum soup. After tax and tip it was about $15, which would be fine for a regular sized portion, but... this was insanely small. An up charge of $3 for 3 shrimps? I feel like this sizing has to have been a mistake? If this if theregular price per portion of the restaurant we will definitely not be returning, there are other Thai places nearby that aremuch better Read more

We’re constantly on the lookout for good Thai food in Denver that offers the dishes we like so we were excited to try My Thai... Cafe. The taste of their food is good but their portions are teeny tiny which is why I am giving 3 stars, especially for theprice. I wish the portions were larger because then we would definitely come back. Read more

Get ready for a kid’s portion size. This may have been the smallest portion of Thai food I’ve ever received. I called back... to investigate, given it was my first time ordering from the restaurant. Was met pretty aggressively with claims that I don’tknow how portions work and it can’t be compared to other Thai restaurants or in Thailand. Food was okay. Not going back. Read more

They were about to close in half an hour but luckily they were willing to let me order a Thai tea and a custard rice to go.... I’d love to return back for dinner sometime. Read more

The food here is pretty decent, one of the better Thai restaurants I've tried around Denver. I also really enjoyed their Thai... Tea and Thai Coffee, very authentic and refreshing. Lost a couple of stars because we sat there for 1.25 hours before we got ourfood (dining in). People who ordered to-go after us, got their food before us. That was pretty strange. It's only one pregnantlady working the front of house, including making drinks. We didn't get our drinks until 1 hour after we ordered. Also, for theprice, the portion size is scarce. I'm not sure I would go back despite the food being pretty good, might starve to deathwaiting. Read more
