I'm giving this a three not because of the food because the food was delicious but because of the service. I went in to have a... lunch date with my husband and got met by a dreary hostess, but put me in the Sun, and the server totally got our order wrong. The food is really delicious, but I had to sit and wait because they brought out my husband's meal and mine wasn't ready yet soby the time my meal came out it was hot in his was cold cuz he didn't want to eat without me. But I communicated about how Ifelt about my orders being wrong and the service, the waitress made me out to be the bad guy saying I was being rude because Iwas communicating. I will just buy their entrees at Walmart and never go back to the restaurant. Read more
I have to say I have never had such a good experience at a restaurant. During a company lunch order, my order was included. I... called P.F. Chang's and explained to the manager this was the second time this had happened (understandable when doing a lunchorder for 22 P.F - Chang's or Door dash??????) The manager (Cass) was so pleasant to deal with. Cass was understanding, kind,professional and most of all had a smile on his face when I arrived. Thank you <3. After work I picked up my forgotten order andbecause of so much construction down town, I got lost. I called and the greeter Jazmin who was amazing as well, stood on thephone with me while directing me to P.F. Chang's. That was a pleasant surprise, 2 great employees in one place wow!!! I got ripped off! I ordered delivery through Uber. Food was cold and I believe it was because of the delivery guy and not PF... Chang’s. I ordered the lettuce wraps without peanuts because I have a peanut allergy. Instead they gave me gluten free butthey were full of water chestnuts, which I am also allergic to. I ate a few bites until I noticed that and had an allergicreaction. They only gave 1 drop of sauce (shown in picture) for the lettuce wraps. I thought it might have leaked so I checkedand nothing leaked. Also ordered Mongolian Beef. My husband and I were supposed to share the lettuce wraps and beef but theyonly supplied 1 fork. We are staying in a hotel so we had to take turns using the fork. They gave us 4 packs of low sodium soysauce and we prefer regular soy sauce. They should have given us at least 2 of each. Someone needs to check the to go ordersbecause my order was way below the quality of product that you can get at your local Chinese restaurant. The best PF Chang’sis in Orlando Fl. Too bad the Denver restaurant isn’t anywhere near the quality and standards that the Orlando restaurant has. Read more
Excellent service and delicious food. Felianys has impeccable service and is a great representative for the P.F. Chang’s... brand. The food was delicious and the manager Gabby checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely return to thislocation in the future and make sure to recommend this place to my friends and families. Read more
