The only good thing about this place is the food and if you get there at the right time. I get it can be busy sometimes but... whenever the drive through line gets more than 3 people in it everything slows to a crawl. There's a 1 in 5 chance that yourorder is wrong as well so you always need to check. I hope you didn't want to dine in or even go inside to pick up your orderbecause 80% of the time the door is locked and no one can be bothered to let you in. I would highly recommend the short drive to120th instead, the food is never wrong and you're never waiting more than 10 minutes to get your order out. If you're lookingfor a point of reference I've wrote this during the time it took me to place my order (in the drive thru) which is about 10minutes and I've still yet to even order. Read more

Absolutely no reason an online order should be waiting for than 40 minutes after its pick up time. The manager Michelle is rude... over the phone and refused to listen but instead wanted my personal number to contact her. Terrible service. Read more
What?s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait a half hour past the point of pickup? I would have got my food faster if... I would have came in and ordered. It?s not lack of staff either because they have 7 people working here running into oneanother. Stopped by location on 104th ave. Store hours are supposed to be until 10pm through the work week. Store doors were locked at... just after 9. May want to post actual business hours up on site, Google and business that reflects this. Read more
Friendly staff, decent food. Though sometimes the food is hit or miss. Overall, a good place to get a quick bite to eat.

I went through the drive through today (11/16/22) around 4-5pm and the cashier who took my order was so awesome makes me want to... go there every time. Her service was great from the beginning of my order to the end. She double checked with me and made sure Iwas getting what I wanted and had a great attitude. People like her make me want to go back to places like that just bc of theawesome experience! Read more
