Delayed by staff when trying to pick up my order. I was there trying to pick up my order but employees seem to be annoyed I was... trying to pick up my order and too busy to help us because they had visitors they were hugging and having conversations. Do not go to this location, terrible customer service. This is the second time I was there to pick up an order with bad service... and this time I had to tell someone to help me. I walked in and went to the register and waited to be acknowledged, they werehelping a few with food. But when one red shirt finished he looked around and stood there. Another red shirt girl was making achange to the coins and walked past me but didn't acknowledge me. Twice. one of them made eye contact with me but did nothing.After 5 minutes 2 of the red shirts on line were at the front of line just looking at a phone while I and another customer werestill waiting for pickup. At one point there was opportunity for 4 different people to help, but they didn't. Finally I had toask the one checking out a third customer to get one of the two who were doing nothing, she called for them but they didn't hearher because both of them had an earbud in their ear. This is a great food and friendly place. I always order 2 sides Angus steak and rice. Unfortunately this location lacks having... steak as option most times and is a 7 minute wait and that's if you ask. So Unfortunately this location dosent get my buisness. Read more
Terrible location. Waited 10 mins while noticing employees laxidasically cleaning instead of helping get the line down. Then... when I got to the front of the line, half the entrees were out. The cook didn't seem to be too concerned - he was busy crackingjokes with the other employees on the line. Ended up waiting over :20 for my meal, and wasn't able to get what I wanted becauseI didn't have time to wait. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Panda Express. Read more
Meh. Stood at the register for 5 minutes waiting to pick up an online order and watched three people get served in front of me.... Nobody ever acknowledged me, had to grab my order from behind the counter myself. Not that hard to provide basic cuisineservice, you know? All you had to do was acknowledge my existence and hand me an order that was all ready to go. Read more
I?ve eaten here a lot of times and consistently had the typical Panda Express you would expect. One time the Beijing beef was a... bit dry like it had sat out too long, but I?ve found that if you order in person you can avoid the dishes that don?t look fresh. Read more
Worst foood I?ve ever had in my life.. the orange chicken tasted like it wasn?t done at ALL?. And the noodles were very dry.
I stopped in to grab a bite to eat just after opening on 11/26. The young lady that helped me was great.. including the fact she... was wearing gloves. HOWEVER, there was another female worker who I observed not wearing gloves. Not only that but I observed herpick her nose, NOT wash her hands and then go take up the teriyaki chicken (guess it's a good thing I wasn't wanting that).
