My mom and I came to Panera and was very disappointed..$35 for two sandwiches, chips and drinks. The meat portions were... small..service was mediocre at best. And establishment was not clean. Quality and quantity needs major improvement! Really hasme question about coming back..or at least to this location..get it together! Read more

This is the only location where I can find Fresh, Hot coffee after Noon. (Which should be a thing at all locations, considering... Im paying for a Monthly Subscription to get Coffee...) Jeff is a great manager who actually cares about his customers & you canalso tell he treats his employees well. This location is always clean & the customer service from the rest of the staff isexcellent. Read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Panera's. Have been going there for many years. The prices are now ridiculous though, so I don't go... as much as I used to. I decided to try their new Signature chicken sandwich after at late night of helping my husband runerrands. It was by far one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten. The brioche bun was kind of heavy and not very soft or lightlike a Brioche should be. There wasn't even a dab of Mayo on the bun, the lettuce was a spring, not really a piece. I thoughtthere would be a tomato or pickle, but no. They put these weird cheese crisp things on it too. The chicken seemed old and driedout. There was no crunch or hardly any coating. It looked like a pre coated, pre-made patty they pulled out the refrigerator andplaced in a microwave. It did however have a little flavor. I had to take it home and doctor it up with Mayo, lettuce andpickes. Such a disappointment. I took a few bites and disposed of the rest. That's something I try my best not to do, wastefood. If this is what Panera's calls a Signature sandwich, they need to go back to the drawing board. Popeyes and Chick-fil-Aare much better. Better yet, stay home, save your $15 and make your own. Never again for the chicken sandwich at Panera's. Read more

I love the Autumn Squash soup! It's definitely a winner with me and I wish it was there year-round. I got a cup of it and I wish... I should have gotten a bowl. However, the half sandwich I got for over $7 was not a winner. Sadly it wasn't that great. Thechicken didn't taste like real chicken and there wasn't even that much of what seemed to be canned chicken in the half sandwich.I was really disappointed. My whole order for half and half was nearly $15. Not totally money well spent. Next time if I go backI will just get the soup. Read more

I have always been a fan of Panera! But 3 of the last 4 orders from there have been messed up somehow. Mostly something... forgotten; bagels & cream cheese. But this last time was the most aggravating I ordered two pick two?s: one salad didn?t comewith dressing, or bacon the other salad didn?t have the dressing either and there was a giant onion skin in the pickled redonions. With the price increase of upwards of $2/item and my willingness to pay $40 for two lunch?s I expect better from you! Read more
