Baked goods, sandwiches are ok, but usually out of several bagels I like. Salads are done like they just don?t care. Hard to see... from my photo but almost half was brown/black edged lettuce. ????. If you're going to charge 3+ dollars for a couple ounces of cream cheese wouldn't you assume you include the cream cheese in my... order. Why is this so hard? I come to this store almost weekly and you constantly are showing me you don't care about mybusiness. Do you expect me to continue to come here when you clearly just don't care. It was three items I purchased how do youforget 33% of the order?? I know you're gonna some free stuff but I don't want that. Thanks for the bacon turkey bravo sandwich that had absolutely no sauce on it and was served on extremely hard/stale/uncut... bread. The sandwich clearly wasn?t cut because the bread is so tough you knew you would?ve created a mess trying to cut it. Thisis what $12 will get you here. Read more
I work nearby and my colleagues always want soup or salad. Ordered 3 of each plus more and my order ended up missing 2 soups. ... Instead of soup, they gave me tortilla strips? Extra dressing for salad was not included either and feta cheese and pecans weremissed on my salad. They definitely skimp out on their portions at this location, my salads are always half full and for theprice per salad, that's disappointing! I repeated my order to the employee 3 times and my food was still forgotten. $95 order,and now we have to go back because they aren't willing to travel across the street to deliver the missing food. Surprised how good the cappuccino is! Went at 10:30 am, not too busy in the store, but the parking lot is a zoo. Parking in this... center is tight and it was pretty full even that early. Filled up a little more around 11:30 when I was leaving. Staff areattentive and skilled. Didn't eat anything this time but the pastries looked yummy. Read more
Stay away!!! go to their competitors which are in the same parking lot. Horrible customer service with gross lack of attention... to detail. I have gone here to eat maybe 1 once a week for a few months but after this no more. Ordered two items via drivethrough and they forgot to add one of the two items. I drive 20 minutes back to get the item and by the time I get home the foodwas cold. Really awful. I was here Saturday the 9th and the girl who was on the drive through headset could care less about herjob and somehow the other girl who gave me my food cared even less. If you're going to charge 2+ dollars for 2 ounces of Creamcheese you best make sure you put it in the bag. Edit: Apparently the owner thinks they can just buy my review with some freeitems but thats not the case. I left this review to tell others to avoid this place. Not to get free stuff. You can shove yourfree sandwich where the sun don't shine I'm not interested. I usually don?t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing.... It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch. Also, sign for their rewards program for you will geta lot bang for your buck! Read more
