I placed an order for delivery to a hotel with my room number and specifically instructed that they please call before delivery.... My order was marked as delivered, yet I never received a call or my order. Upon calling the store, the delivery driver gave myorder to some random person in the lobby who didn?t have a receipt nor did they call as requested. Because of this I had to waitfor what the store manager said was a 15 pizza order, then they could remake my order and try delivery again. About the worstcustomer service I?ve ever received anywhere. Worst Pizza I have ever had. Asked for extra cheese. Not only was the pizza missing it so was the cheese bread. Offered a free... pizza I accepted but as I ate it became more frustrated with this delivery. All bread only a thin layer of cheese. Normallygood but failed miserably today. Read more
Ordered Delivery. Their system put their address for delivery and then marked it delivered. Never got food delivered. Service... completely horrible. Management just said "We dont know." Offered to rush it but id waited 90m plus at that point. Read more
