I enjoy Papa John's Pizza and probably have ordered 100s of times through the years. The pizza from this location was bad, very... bad. Virtually no sauce and an abundance of cheese, not what I ordered, totally out of balance and not what's to be expected. Very poorly put together. Read more
If you order bacon as a topping, you will get one or two crumbs on the entire pie. Delivery takes 30-90 minutes longer than what... they quote you. When you press 3 to place a new order, they answer immediately, but if you press 2 to inquire about a previousorder, they either never answer or put you on hold for a half hour. Their call center is in India and customer service is awful. Read more
Quoted a really long time but order was ready in about 1/3rd of the quoted time. They forgot one of my sauce cups (got the 3/$1... deal). Tons of toppings and it appears they got the extra sauce on my pizza I requested! They didn't acknowledge me right awayand then left me standing there kinda awkwardly while one kid went and grabbed my sauce cup. No complaints, though! Read more
I just received a delivery today..and that mofo Was so rude..I held the tip back. This man argued With me over what street I... lived on. I had to come Outside while on the phone with him and tell him a million times he wasn't on my street. Then he Tellsme my street is numbered wrong! I've only Had a delivery 20 times same address never a problem. When I came out.. this mofo wasnot on My street and was nasty with me... Horrible delivery person.???????? Read more
