Horrible service app estimated 1.5 hours before delivery, when I called after an hour and 45 minutes was told that my pizza was... our if the oven for 15 minutes. Then the big excuse, we're waiting for a driver to return. I went to McDonalds and upon myreturn home with a hot dinner the driver showed up with my order from PaPa John's perfectly cold. Terrible customer service, I was told my order would be delivered in 35-45 min. When I called an hour later it was still sitting... at the store, and I was then told it would be another 20 min. Staff did not seem to care at all, and when I asked for themanager they didnt even come to the phone. I will not be ordering from them again. Read more
This is my go-to cheap and easy pizza place. Some day I may graduate from college caliber pizza, but it?s good, on time, and... can?t get garlic cups anywhere else????. This location has never done me wrong in 2 years and ~20-some orders (Always carryout). Big kudos. Read more
April 2022. Pizza starts to be looks unprofessional. Looks not like a circle any more. Boarders around with no flavor is huge.... Still tastes very good. It never was like that before. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Prepaid and pre tipped for delivery. Delivery person knocked and left the order on the floor. Its... shocking that they didnt even wait the ten seconds it took me to unlock the door and open it. Opened the box to find the saucespressed into the pizza. I will say I am a picky person, but that is why I love Papa John's in general: their quality and levelof service is usually top-notch. This is definitely below standard for any Papa John's that I've ever been to. Read more
Ordered tonight 12/2 around 9p.m for carry-out. It's ok depending on the day of the week. Basic pizza. Staff was ok I guess... tonight. Asked for a well done thin crust six cheese tuscan pizza, they did good. My order was ready on time. Will go back Read more
No service at all. Gave them an extra 10 minutes to complete my order at probably their least busy time of day, proceeded to... watch my order sit on the heat lamp for 10 minutes while the employee STARTED on another order. I paid extra for 2 garlic cups,didn?t receive either. Cheese sticks were undersized and under topped. Overall, would give 0/10 if I could. Stop supporting thislocation. Read more
