Absolutely horrible. Called to cancel my order last Friday as I couldn?t make it. Had to pay online before I came to pickup.... They said they?d refund me then. Called Monday as I saw no refund yet. They said they?d tried to call me back Friday as theywere having issues refunding.. I understood and gave them my order info again to refund. I asked them to call if they had anyissues. Tuesday comes around, I called a couple of times to get a refund and they said they would do it, but they were busy? Itried to be understanding AGAIN. Wednesday is here and I call.. a guy answers and says to call back on Monday as his managerisn?t in until then and he doesn?t know how to process a refund. I asked if he is the only one working until Monday and he saysyes? very hard to believe. Called corporate office left a voicemail. Hopefully they can be more of assistance with getting thismoney back. Two weeks on Friday still no refund. Read more
