I?ve been coming here for years. Never had a single complaint until half of my sandwich was just bread with the smallest portion... of meat and toppings. Seems like they got new cooks that don?t know how to portion control like they used too. I expect the bestwhen spending a pretty penny on a ?famous? Philly cheesesteak. According to the reviews i must have went to a different pats.. My sandwich was very pathetic. I could of easily eating this... cheesesteak while driving and have nothing fall out. It was barely ANY meat. Really bad. Thick bread but it was soft. I ordereda medium Mushroom and asked for extra mushrooms and onion. There was no extra nothing on my philly. I didn't even eat the wholething because the ends was mostly bread. I am from Jersey and had Philly cheesesteaks in Philly and I didn't expect that qualitybut from the reviews I expected something close to quality. The meat that was on the sandwich was tasty, but I'm not satisfiedwith this purchase. Uodate. I decided to give them another chance and I ordered the same sandwich but this time with doublemeat and cheese and I had it delivered instead of going to the store and ordering it. This time they make me a great phillyBUT... they didn't give me double cheese. It would of been perfect if they did. So I am updating my review to say they did agreat job on my double meat philly lack my double cheese. Maybe if I order my next one I will get it just like I ordered. Seriously we walked in and was already greeted and politely acknowledged. Not super important to me, but instantly felt... welcomed, . Food is sooooo gooood I can make myself stuffed silly here. Highly recommend the parm fries!! And onion rings. Read more
My girlfriend pulls this out of her sub, I call the store and ask for a manager, told him what happened, told him ?we stopped... touching all the food when she found it and offered to send pictures, we wanted our money back.. I personally didn?t want to eata sub from a place that my girlfriend just pulled a six inch hair out of her sub. We used Uber Eats so I didn?t offer to driveit back, this guy said I will only refund that sub.. I hung up! So not only was the sub horrible had a hair in it dude! And thecustomer service is horrible. If you pull a roach or bug out of food do they not refund the whole ticket at a restaurant, notjust that plate! and everyone who just saw what happened is gonna eat their food hoping they aren?t bitting into what they justsaw. They made a mistake I get it but at the point they were told the food had hair in it I expected some customer service andeven that was horrible. Business owners your underpaid, depressed in life workers are literally killing your business, I won?thold them responsible since you employ them. For gluten free celiacs. What a great find we called ahead and asked about their gluten free options. Sam assured us they had... gf options and then explained to us that they clean the grill and prep area for GF. When we got there all of the staff as kindand sure enough they cleaned the area changed gloves. I got the cheesesteak with grilled onion, pickles and peppers. Noreaction will definitely go back. What a tasty little place! Sam running the show was so helpful about which options are gluten free. He even made sure to wipe... down everything and clean the grill to make sure there wouldn?t be any cross contamination. We had the regular Philly and themushroom Philly. We enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak however when ordering other food I guess there is no care. Burnt chicken strips that are hard... and fries that are extra extra crispy. Watery ranch to go with it. Yuck. I'm a bit disappointed with the food service. ???? Read more
