The food is good, but the wait is consistently very, very long. I know the restaurant is new, and we will likely keep coming,... because we love nearby, but. Even only being the fourth car in line to order, my most recent wait was over half an hour, and ithas definitely been longer, if you start out farther back in the line. I am 100% convinced that the staff began cooking my orderwhen I pulled up to the window this evening. Just don?t come here if you need your food fast, and hopefully things will speed upwith time and experience? 8pm on a Tuesday, and I was four minutes from pulling into the line to exiting. 7pm on a Wed, 25minutes from entering the line to leaving. Let me start by saying I?m so disappointed that I even felt it was necessary to write a review because I love Popeyes. That... being said, I was excited to see a new Popeyes in my neighborhood but my experience at this new location was TERRIBLE to say theleast. First of all, the customer service was horrible, the person on the drive thru was just condescending plain and simple, Iasked for classic tenders and she asked if I wanted spicy but then I clarified again I wanted classic, I also ordered fries butthey said they were out of fries for whatever reason on a Friday night at 9:30 when the store hours say they close at 11pm. Italmost seemed like they were trying to close an hour and a half early which I wouldn?t mind if they would just update theirhours on their website and Google and even the sticker in their doors and windows. This leads me to the food. I asked forclassic tenders and they still gave me spicy (the girl on the speaker was trying to sell me spicy from the beginning) and Ipersonally can?t handle spice so when I got home and found out I was very upset because I paid money for something I can?t eveneat. If they were out of the classic tenders (which I don?t think they were they just didn?t want to fry new ones just like withthe fries) they could?ve just said that to me and I wouldn?t of ordered anything and saved my money. Instead I wasted my timeand have to throw away food and money. I love Popeyes but I rather drive out of my way to go to another way further locationdowntown than to waste my time at this joke of a franchise. Read more
Our first time to try this new location. We got there before the noon rush and ate inside. We ordered the 8 PC chicken, fries... and biscuits. The young gal who took our order was great. The chicken was crispy and delicious without all the grease and fatthat another chicken place is known for. We loved the Cajun fries. Will definitely be going back. First time here, a little hard to get to. Ordered take out. The chicken tenders were quite tasty, I ordered the five piece... tenders and they were so big I now have lunch for tomorrow. Also had red beans and rice and a biscuit. The biscuit was reallygood and the red beans and rice were so so. I think it was because the beans were overcooked and kinda mushy but, the flavor wasgood. I was very excited to have a Popeyes closer to my home. It's still a drive but I like Popeyes. Tonight I drove through and... picked up a 16 piece family meal. I have 8 people in my house and when I went to serve it up, there were 6 wings and only twobreasts. Not to mention it tasted old. I will not go back there. I do not recommend ???? Read more
Already been three times no issue's for my orders (thank you ) I've opened a new store before (Krispy Kreme when it came to... They gave me my food incomplete. It always happens something. Employers are not very well prepared, or they just take advantage... of the situation.
