These owners and staffers are liars and thieves. Their Sandwich combo says $7.99 on the sign. My total was $10.74. They said the... combo is actually $8.99 before tax but they charged me all three items separately and the receipt literally showed $9.77 beforetax. I asked kindly to explain this as their statements contradicted the receipt, but they shut the window on me. Read more
Bought 2 piece. Pieces were very small, coating was so dry it could not be eaten. Biscuits were cold and unable to eat. My $9.00... drink was great. Rest went to trash. Will not go back. Read more
I eat there all time, compared to other fast food restaurants i like this one the best. You get a chicken sandwich that is made... out of real chicken! For 5 dollars, i mean thats cheaper than McDonald?s and way better quality. Ive never been disappointed;the staff is really nice and helpful, the place is always clean. Read more
The chicken sandwich is terrific.... Got two things to add. Number one when you ask for butter it comes from a freezer or... something and they're like frozen chunks. There's no way to spread them on your roll. Just a minor detail. Number two becauseI'm a contractor I know what's going on in the bathroom. Specifically the men's room. The nasty odor every time you go in.. theyneed to replace the wax seal on the toilet. The restaurant is nearly new but they did not install it correctly. Started reading the reviews as we sat down to wait for our food and got a little nervous. They were out of spicy chicken strips... so we said we would wait for them to make more. It took an extra 25 minutes which was fine. We were not in a hurry. The placeitself is very nice. The food was good and the employees were great. Read more
Was so excited to see a Popeyes here!! then I read the reviews, the only good ones were clearly by employees but decided to risk... it anyway, then when I saw how busy it was, clearly they haven't learned they have to get the oil get to temperature afterdropping non stop chunks of frozen food in it and straight serving undercooked food. I feel that I rate my eating experiences fairly and saw all these reviews - maybe these are case-by-case bad experiences and... wanted to give an honest 'first try', as I've never been to a Popeyes before. These reviews are correct. When I placed myorder, the #10 Combo (chicken sando) - $7.99 on the menu - I was charged $9.11. I did some quick math in my head and questionedthe person who took my order. 'i don't know, it won't let me.' I continued. Whatever, $.50 for the 'side' that's supposed to beincluded. Waited 10 minutes for my sandwich, since the staff wasn't trained to make it w/o pickles. 3 orders of those whoordered after me went out. The service here is outstanding! I had a problem with the app, Angel the mgr, was engaging & politely dealt with my problem with... complete professionalism, while It was during a lunch rush!
