Ordered a loaded baked potato soup. Said loaded baked potato on the cup. Opened it and it was brocoli cheddar. Not even filled... all the way. Ordered a chicken club with double cheese, mayo and onions added. No add ins were included. Sandwich was very dry.3 small peices of chicken on it. Seemed like they put even less cheese than. Normal. I had a DoorDash order that only came with Turkey, literally bread and Turkey. I called the store they apologized and said... nothing they can do unfortunately. That?s after I spent $21 for 1 sandwich. Ordered online through THEIR own site for pickupthe following day. Scheduled mobile pickup for 30mins in advance trying to giving them adequate time to prep since it?s justafter lunch (1:30pm). Waited an additional 10mins for it, why? 40mins to put Turkey & cheese and bread? Additionally the chipswere wrong, and my peppers on the side were not in the bag, it was even highlighted on the receipt tag. The employee seemflustered making milkshakes?ok? never saw anyone get a milkshake at potbelly?but ok?seems the staff is nice just overwhelmedwhen fulfilling orders 2 days in a row. This can?t continue, can?t wait until some decent hoagie places like Primo?s &Capriotti?s open in downtown. I would give it 1 star but staff seems to try and is pleasant just not a good system in place foraccuracy during high traffic. Read more

I don?t know why I had to tell 3 different people my order, which was pretty simple, just for them to get it wrong. The cashier... then got very snippy when I asked them to remake the food without one of the ingredients, which I told three people behind thecounter I didn?t want. The quality did not make up for the poor customer service. Read more
