This my favorite location (certainly above Ulster St) for consistency. The night-time staff is friendly and the food is always... tasty. I generally stop on the way home from dance class since it's one of the few spots open later at night. I can't take forgranted that the woman working tonight heated up fresh fajita veggies for me, no more than 15 minutes before they closed,without hesitation and without complaint. Above and Beyond! Rude service and their rice and beans are always crunchy. Given them way too many chances at this point. I don?t want a generic... response from the owner either. The people at this store clearly need to be retrained by corporate. You have so many recent badreviews and a ?sorry, here?s a free meal? doesn?t fix anything. Read more
So we tried to make a big online order and unfortunately for some reason it was say you need to contact the store. Contacted... then and they told me I had to come into the store to make the order. So I went there with a printed copy of the order. Handedit to them so they knew exactly what to do. I will say they got the order put together very quickly. Thank you for that. Howeverthe order was so messed up. Almost every meal was wrong and missing stuff or having the wrong meat and much more. So we calledthem to see what they could do to help us. They said everything was correct as we followed the sheet. They didn?t. But then theyproceeded to bad talk us and then before they hung up on us they start cussing at me. Extremely unprofessional. Would highlyadvise going to the one on Colorado blvd. those guys have there stuff together and then customer service is night and daydifference compared to this location. Will never order from here again. Had to order for this one because the one on Coloradowas closed for some maintenance issue they needed to handle. That?s the only reason we picked to go here. My mom picked it up for us. It was so salty I had to toss it :/ she said the workers were super rude so I don?t doubt they did... it on purpose. It?s just a shame, I?ve never had it before. Chipotle for the win for sure haha. Read more
I am completely blown away!! Haven't been to a QDOBA in a good 4 yrs. I stopped in for a bite while my car oil was getting... changed next door. The sauces, the chicken, the pickled onions, the fresh cilantro you can add to your bowl, wow!! I felt like Iwas at a Latin cafe. So so good, flavorful, & fresh. This is not the QDOBA I remember. Not to mention their atmosphere has beenrevamped. Great latin/hispanic music playing, very nice decor on the walls and a great place to sit and eat. Very clean & wellkept environment. HORRIBLE!!! Manager is so rude! Online order for curbside pickup. Chicken Fajita Burrito (My Hubby) 3 Tacos (Myself). Got home... food was truly ICE cold. Hubby asked if they stored it in the freezer. His burrito had no sour cream and no habanero salsa. Mytacos only had, meat, lettuce, pico, & pickled onions. NO cheese, NO guac, NO fajita veggies, NO salsa. When I called to speakto the manager about the issue, she proceeded to tell me that was wrong because she had made the order herself. I continued totell her what was missing from the tacos and your her I could send her a pic. She put me on hold and when she came back andoffered to remake my order. Why would I want the her to remake the order that she claims she already made correctly? She finallyoffered me a refund. Never another APOLOGIZED. Was just TOTALLY rude. Short staffed, but still managed to put out a great product. Had the Nachos and a burrito, both were awesome!
