Amazing experience. The team was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. They were out of the brisket and the manager... went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Food was very fresh, the area was cleaned and the staff wereexceptional. There was a line being a Saturday night but they were moving at lightning speed and provided a complimentary drink.Shoutout to the night staff on 10/29/22 for making my dinner experience awesome. Keesha and ray and Phoenix the employees at this location. If they deserve anything to come. it would be a raise at least a... dollar more not much but if it helps it helps. They keep it polite clean & fresh off the table. All three are wonderful whenserving as a customer. I also door dash and they never disappoint me in having our order on time & ready. ???????? thank you andtoo all 3 employees. Yayy keep up the good work. Read more

Placed a catering order. Went to pick-up and asked to look at order and verify that it was all there and correct. Was quickly... reassured by the gentleman that I was talking to that he put it together and it was all there and right. As soon as I looked inthe first bag, I could see that there were 20 soft tortillas and no hard taco shells. I pointed this out and he wanted to seethe order on my phone to see that I had ordered such. Someone behind the counter quickly corrected the issue. Got to my customerand started putting the items out. I know there is an issue with the wire racks that you put items in to keep them hot butshorting me isn't the solution. They only gave me 2 racks and I had to put 3 trays of hot food on some cardboard on the table.The carnitas wasn't even 1/3 full and this was ordered as a side item and should have been much more. I do this for customersonce or twice a month and know it wasn't right. The black beans were not sealed correctly and the juice from them was all overeverything in that bag. I didn't spill it... This is the first, and last, time I will order from this Qdoba. I even tipped whenI ordered the catering, I would like those $ back. lol..... Read more

This is my favorite Qdoba! They are always friendly, fast and generous with portions. Recently we placed a fairly large order... for our office and it was ready when I arrived--ahead of schedule! Yendi is awesome--personable, friendly and very efficient!Highly recommend! Read more

Came in at 7 and no one was there, two staff were eating in the dining room. I stood there for a couple min before one got yp... and yelled towards the back. She came up still chewing her food, she did wash her hamds and tooky order. I asked for brown riceand she gave me white. When I got home the chicken was so dry and burnt that it was not really good. If I could give 0 starts I would. The burrito wasn?t even good and I?ve been getting breakfast here for years?.. worst Qudoba... experience I?ve ever had. Waited until the girl made ALL the to go orders before she would help us. No one else was there inline, just 2 of us, but there were 3 employees. We waited about 20 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos. Normally this location has been excellent for pickup. We get nachos, burritos, sometimes a quesadilla or dessert. Today we got... pick up and it was HORRIBLE. My nachos were missing BEANS and SALSA. In addition I paid for extra meat and didn't get it. Mypartners burrito also didn't have the rice requested. As I had been craving specifically this, it was incredibly disappointingand infuriating. What makes it so much more frustrating is they weren't even busy today, I try to give the benefit of the doubtbut this is just too many mistakes for me. Well after a week of emailing customer service and including the case number givenhere I still have not heard back about this incident. I'm pretty annoyed by this. I went through the right channels, and yetnothing. Not even an email response that they won't do anything. This is such horrible customer service I can't even believe it.Worse than the food service I got from them, does the entire company only have incompetent employees? Read more

Order qdoba twice now and after the second time I?m done with this location quality and quantity for what you pay is a joke... ! Cheese quesadilla no cheese Burrito fully ripped Maria the manager or whoever she is has the nerve to question me when i wasripped off !!? $100 bucks later and no quality But the kicker is when she hung up on me five times then has the nerve to benice when I call the 6th time. I own a food business and deal with thousands of customers a year catering and they don?t getthis service. Read more
