First time trying RCCF. Did drive thru and food was nice and hot by the time getting home. Overall food was pretty good, not... too greasy for deep fried. Absolute perfection. Myself, my mom, and my boyfriend drove to Colorado from Utah for a mini road trip and decided to come here... since Utah?s Cane?s (there is only one open) is always packed with miles-long lines every day. We were greeted with friendlysmiles, the food came out quickly and was delicious (crispy fries, juicy chicken, soft bread), the dine-in area was spotless,and one person continually checked up on us to make sure everything was good. We had a wonderful time here and can?t wait tocome back again to this location. Thank you to the employees from the morning of 7/10- y?all made our day with the fantasticservice! Read more

Tried it for the first time tonight and my fries were cold no salt they didn't offer any type of dipping sauce for my chicken my... drink wasn't carbonated.... this was bad and I do not recommend it to anyone! .... the food is was gross! Fries were COLD NONSALTED AND NO DIPPING SAUCE... and at the window the chick had an attitude wereing sunglasses at night! She realized she gaveme the incorrect order after she repeated 2 meals back to me and gave me someone else order... so unprofessional. Big box wassupposed to have how many straps?
