I LOVE the food but lately, the lady that answers the phone in the morning is very rude. Today was the 4th time in the last 3... weeks that I have driven out of my way and gone to the location on 26th and Federal because the lady that answers is socompletely rude. Read more

The food was not only very well prepared but the service was very polite and courteous and that goes a long way with me that's a... very big factor rather i return to their establishment or not because in this world some individuals and establishments can'tleave their personal feelings and views at home you're in an neutral environment supposedly!! So it's always nice to be welcomedand invited to a pleasant conversation. if that would happen more often to not only me but others also alot of businesses wouldsee a bigger repeat of business from the men who also face adversity. The food is good. I just wish they be better at having orders ready. Even if you order by phone to save time they don't have it... ready. And I tired the mobile app and It had said I can pick up by 9. I was running late showed up at 9:15 and they still didnot have it ready. Had to wait 15 more minutes for 2 smothered burritos. Which is ridiculous considering it said it was gonna beready by 9:00 and instead It was ready at 9:30. The only reason I don't rate lower is because I actually like the food and thestaff has always been nice to me. But please work better at getting online orders ready by the time it says! Some of us don'thave time to be waiting extra time for an order we placed ahead of time! Read more

Don?t waste your time coming here it was absolutely horrible. No flavor I asked for half and half and it had no heat the chilli... cheese fries had no cheese and my husbands burrito had tomatoes on it when I asked for none as he is extremely allergic toothem. This location the people don?t pay attention to the food they are making it was absolutely the worst Santiago?s I haveever been too. I ate the food because I payed for it but never ever again. Don?t waste your time or money coming here go too104th Santiago?s it is 100% better. I didn?t even waste my time taking my food to exchange it because it was so horrible Ididn?t want more of it from this location. If you want good Santiago?s DONT GO TO 84th!!! Read more

Decided to get a couple of burritos for lunch, called in an order for some basic menu items. They said 15 minutes so I timed my... trip to arrive just before 1. They were kind of busy but have seen worse and it did start to thin out. After 15 minutes Istill had not received my order. This was 30 minutes after calling it in. I waited 5 more before going to counter to see ifthey forgot me. She said somehow my order was lost in shift change. Okay it happens. Another 10 minutes and I get my order,45 minutes after calling it in. She did apologize, and I made quick trip home with our food. Both burritos were absolutelycold. Obviously they had been sitting back there for some time. I had ordered the half and half which usually has a littlefire to it. This had absolutely none. Used to be a go to place, but last couple of times disappointing to say the least. Read more

Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience in Santiago. I decided to go there as my first spot in trying local colorado... restaurants on my trip and from the look of the food online I was intrigued and ordered me a burrito. When I tasted the burritoit was incredibly mild flavor and doesn't resemble the authentic rich of flavor Mexican cuisine that I know and tasted. Read more

Online ordering made to WAIT? The convenience of online ordering is to avoid the wait in line AND a sit down. I waited 10... minutes in line to tell them I ordered online. (Placed 15 minutes prior to arriving.) Then sat and waited ANOTHER 30 Minutes tohear my order. The order was sitting right in the window the whole time. What's wrong here? -No efficient way in processingonline orders to fast track. -Not prioritizing online orders and walk-ins. -They continued to read orders as items as opposed tothe name on the order. -Order was wrong. -Fries look like they were casted for the movie Sausage party and the picture is theresult. I understand a fast paced business and patience but you need to be able to execute and improve. At the end of the dayyour customers are your biggest investment. It doesn't matter if what you provide is phenomenal, enjoyable and the people loveit. If you fail to deliver in a timely and efficient manner. It's not worth the wait. Read more

Great Mexican food that is flavorful and spicy. I had their hot sauce on my burrito which is as hot as a habinero. The staff... was friendly and would check on how we liked our food and we needed anything else. Read more
