Tue evening (10/21) sat at the bar. Bar was busy, servers were attentive. The best airport burger I ever had! Double bacon... burger w/ a fried egg and a beer. It is Smashburger... they normally have very good burgers to start with. All in $37...inflation, ugh! Burger was normal size which was rather filling. I would definayely go back. Read more
My burger was burned to a crisp and was the size of a Wopper Jr which I would ups have rather consumed. Definitely not worth the... $12 price tag. Read more
Obviously should have looked at the reviews. I like smashburger, but this isn't it. Burgers are half sized at best, bar tender... did everything possible to upsell spices being added. Asked for a Moscow mule and he did it with top shelf vodka. Will never gonear this disaster again. Read more
If ever there was a case of a restaurant knowing they have a captive audience with limited options, this is it. Visited... yesterday on our flight out of town. Nobody working to seat people, as servers casually grab people waiting as they pass by whenthey want another table. Which is fine, but the food was awful. I am familiar with the concept of a Smash Burger and have dinedat other locations before. Not a single burger I saw served yesterday was smashed and all were thick and about 75% of thediameter of the bun they were served on. It doesn't take much to see when nobody really cares about a thing. If you are lookingfor mediocrity during your travels, this is your place. Otherwise, take a stroll a find something else. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. I had 40min between flights I kept asking for my order. As it sat under the cooling lights... I didn?t even get my full order had to sprint to my plane watching it pull out of the gate. To get to stay for 12 hours to getto a connecting flight. One employee said is I can get you your money back but it takes a manager. Which then took another 20minutes for them to show up. Was given money back and was wished better luck next time Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look at the other reviews. Very consistent. Watch out for bartender Marie. She's feisty and... extremely rude. Politely I asked the couple in front of me if they wanted the 1 bar seat available and they declined. I sit atthe bar and she asks me if I cut them. Said no. Asked again if it was my turn. Told her they want 2 seats not 1. Mind you I washere 10min before and had the same order. I ask for a beer and she says "ID" then to the other guy "hi honey what can I getyou?" Then serves 2 more people before checking my ID and throwing it back at me. Gives me the beer and i hand her my card. Shepulls the beer back and says can i put this down. Ok now I know shes trying to make me out to be the bad guy. Go figure, the guynext to me said she just fought with her co worker. That explains a lot! She apparently is bitter and must have had a bad linecutter ruin her day sometime but twas not me! WATCH OUT FOR MARIE!!!! She's looking for a fight! Read more
Getting a table, ordering food, getting your food was all very slow paced. Ordered the double bacon smash burger and the burger... buns were cold to the touch. Good thing the cheese was melted, patties were warm and tots were crispy. Read more
One of my favorite restaurants to eat at in canada and the usa. But today my meal was disrupted by a bad manager at the location... cussing his staff out infront of customers. Telling his staff he's going to trow out their clothing that was at a server table,bad management made my visit to smash burger unpleasant. Read more
