Waited 20 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of us, ordered 2 sandwiches and sat waiting FOR 45 MINUTES when the place... wasn?t even busy. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were just standing and talking most of the time while the other wasassembling sandwiches at the slowest pace you could imagine. This has been our favorite place to get sandwiches for many years. It's become a family favorite; even my picky parents love it.... Picked up a couple on my way home last night, and as always, they were awesome - as was the crew working. I highly recommendgetting the extra meat option - a total deal. I notice that several reviews mention long waits, and I've run into that myselfoccasionally. The best thing you can do is place an online or mobile order and then head over. I usually never write reviews but this time I felt like I had to. I ordered the bbq brisket sandwich which was so fatty it was... barely edible. I also ordered a cookie which was marked as being baked on Tuesday and I placed my order the following Monday (aweek old)? the cookie was hard as a rock and very stale. And then there were the pickles?.I don?t know what went wrong with thecanning process but they were so salty, had no vinegar, and were frankly disgusting. Overall I ended up eating left overs in myfridge which tasted better. Came to Snarfs for lunch. The gentleman taking orders was fast and friendly. I ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad. It took almost... an hour for my order to be completed. It was clear from the number of people in the lobby, the people coming in and the numberof mobile orders in the pick up window that mobile orders were being prioritized over those that ordered inside.
