I ordered a latte with oat milk and the cup was marked with an N for nonfat milk so I verified that it was oat milk and without... hesitation they answered yes. However, it was definitely nonfat milk. I have an allergy to milk and started to have symptomswithin minutes of drinking the latte. Extremely disappointed since I tried to verify that it was not regular milk. Read more

Worst experience ever at the Starbucks. Dec 26th, 10:30 AM, first the lady who was taking orders did not listen to what... customers have to say (listen!) and second, the coffee serving lady was rude to the customers when asked about wrong order. What a spectacular experience. I was traveling and walking around Denver. Thought I would try out a cute coffee shop. The coffee... was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away and kept walking. I happened upon this Starbucks and wow am I impressed. Stephaniehad absolutely amazing customer service skills. She listened to my complaints about the coffee I tried and took my order. Thecoffee was so yummy as it always is from Starbucks. Their consistency with delicious coffee and outstanding customer service iswhy I know I can trust Starbucks to be just what I need. Thank you!!! It?s Starbucks. They have pretty good customer service. So even if your drink is not made to their standards or to your liking,... they will readily replace it or refund your monies. This location?s drive-thru staff is friendly and greeted me with a smile. Mydrink was prepared as requested. Most Starbucks seem to have all of their supplies in stock again! Read more
I used to work at this location so I may be a bit biased. I absolutely loved working here, loved my coworkers, loved our guests.... Everything was always made quickly and efficiently. I miss all of our usuals, but you have to move on eventually. The newlyhired people are doing great as well, I loved watching this business grow, from before Covid hit, to far after.
