I have never placed a disparaging remark on a post. But I would like to suggest when a customer comes in and orders a drink that... if there are so many orders in the queue maybe tell the customer it may be a while before you get your drink. I left without mydrink do to the long delay. No problem with the staff or anything just not willing to wait over 10 min for a drink. Read more

Amazing staff. They made my drinks and food as fast as I could ask. The bathrooms were clean and the environment was perfect for... starting the day off right. If in the area I definitely recommend stopping by. Tell Nicole I said hello. Read more
It was 5:35 and they had the drive thru blocked off. Thought opening time was 5 am. They?re always closing early also. If they... can?t operate within the times posted then change opening and closing times. Read more

I have never had as bad of a Starbucks experience as I?ve had at this location. They are closed at random times and don?t bother... to update their schedules online. I?ve showed up at 2PM and they were already closed without even a sign on the drive-throughsignage. The last straw for me was when I went on a Saturday morning and even though online it said it was open and the lightswere on, no one was there to attend customers. When I finally pulled out of the drive-through, I noticed a couple of employeesjust chilling in the parking lot (with their Starbucks aprons on). Take your money to Prodigy coffee shop which is across thestreet or another Starbucks location. Read more
Not blaming the people that work at this location but they are always out of something. Not sure if they need to double-up on... weekly orders or if it's beyond their control, but it's frustrating to sit in line just to be out of the things I am there toorder. Service is great of course, and they do make their drinks well, but every week I am told they are out of this or that. Read more
