If you want a full menu go to a real Starbucks. Otherwise quit complaining this is just here for the convenience factor. I?ve... never had a problem with this Starbucks, drinks have been made correctly 100% of the time and they usually don?t sell out of thehot food unlike 99% of other Starbucks. Should be zero stars!! Horrible customer services!! I've been a gold member for over 4 years and anytime a Starbucks had messed... my drink up I have never had a problem going to another Starbucks to have them fix it and make it correctly but this one is rudetelling me I need to talk to customer services or go back to that one who messed it up but remind you I work in the highlandsarea and this one was closer to me and the one I got it from was all the way on Speer and 14th!! Doesn't matter cuz this storefuks up my drink up most of the time anyways so I recommend to stay away from here. Read more
Normally I don't have a problem with this location. One of the girls is real cool and knows what I like being that I drink... Starbucks EVERY day. I came into this location early morning yesterday and ordered an iced caramel macchiato and I wanted itupside down. I was explains to the lady how I wanted and she rudely interrupted me and said "I know what upside down means!" AllI wanted to do was to let her know that I wanted the shots in first, then the ice and then the milk. Well she made it wrong !!!Not the way I wanted it. And so I go in this morning and she's working again and this time I don't explain anything and theystill made it wrong. I drink this drink every day so I know how I want it. Never felt so unwelcome anywhere as I have here. Clearly Starbucks at this location does not value it's customers. Cassandra... seems nothing but put out and inconvenienced...with loyal patrons. Don't go here unless you like feeling unwanted and unwelcome. Read more
